Great refrigerator, bells and whistles for days. Have really enjoyed the size and functionality.

Cool fridge. My second one. The 2 ice cube options are great. Water station is convenient. I would suggest updating the height measurements though. There’s a cover on top behind the hinges that won’t allow you to push you fridge in counter depth. I’ll have to modify my top cabinet to make it fit correctly.

I love this refrigerator. Disappointed with Samsung. They were running a promo where you get an extra set of glass panels for the front in any color you want and as hard as I tried and this many times as I tried, they were always out of colors or I could not get through But the refrigerator is pretty cool! I'm happy with it

We are thrilled with our new refrigerator! It's smart, stylish, and incredibly versatile. However, I rated it 3 stars due to the bad delivery experience. We were informed by BestBuy that we would receive a call or text when the delivery was en route, but after waiting for hours, the call we received was from the driver stating he was already at our home and could only wait for 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I was 15 minutes away, so I had to instruct him to leave the refrigerator outside our garage. It was extremely heavy, and my wife and I struggled to move it inch by inch inside. Adding to the confusion, I received a text an hour after the driver had left, indicating that my item would arrive soon. This sequence of events leads me to believe there may have been a mix-up or miscommunication in the delivery process.

Works amazing and has lots of room. Having the hub and the drink station makes life so much easier

Beautiful and smart refrigerator, we really love every single piece of it.

Works well with no problems to speak of yet. Does have a lot of its options hidden in the hub, but once you get used to that it is great. Obviously pricey.

I love how it looks aesthetically. You can tell it's very good quality just by looking at it.

Fantastic service from BestBuy. Bought as gift for family, technicians came and installed it in a flash. They also provided familiarization of all functions to my mother, demonstrating commitment to BestBuy's standards and the customer satisfaction. Samsung really outdid themselves with this desgin and the price may be steep, but I consider it an investment more than a cost. I would highly recommend this service and product to anyone who will listen. Thank you for everything and the opportunity to provide feedback for the chance at the $400 reward - I hope I get it!
