Love how it looks and the idea is great but sometimes the screen can be a bit buggy. The camera quality is the only thing I would say is bad about the fridge. VERY hard to see what items are sometimes because of how low resolution the camera is that takes the pictures of the items as they come in and out. If you’re not absolutely dying to have the ai and big screen on your fridge I would say go with the one without the screen. Great idea just a bit ahead of its time I think.

This fridge has been one of the best upgrades to our kitchen. The storage space is huge and laid out really well, so everything is easy to organize and reach. The cooling is strong and consistent, and the freezer has plenty of room without feeling cramped. The smart screen on the front is way more useful than I expected. Being able to play music, check recipes, see what’s inside without opening the door, and leave notes for the kids is actually super handy. The whole fridge runs quietly and looks great in the kitchen. Overall, it’s the perfect mix of modern tech and solid performance. Definitely worth it.

Aesthetically beautiful equipment as well as very functional in all aspects. Open only the desired door; it allows for energy efficiency and convenience. The tablet-like display is an additional plus. Very happy with the equipment

I love my Samsung Fridge, especially the 27" touch screen. So why the 3 star review? Because it's pretty limited in what you can do with it. It has issues connecting to local websites Ex. HomeAssistant. You can only install a limited number of Widgets/Apps on it, and by limited I mean they barely exist. They have also discontinued some of the features that were selling points like the AI vision for what's in the fridge. They have limited support for things like your doorbell cam or home automation. Doesn't support Reolink (currently or that I've found) menus could be easier, Bigsby seems limited in what it can do with the other devices (Stove/Dishwasher) at least it does not explain them well or offer options. "Turn on the Oven light", I can't do that, Turn on the Range light, I cant' do that. After 3 or 4 extra trys the you might hit the right command to do it. I like the 4 doors, the drink center, the different types of ice, the white glass doors don't show finger prints. The doors can open with a touch if your hands are full. It's a great fridge, but.... They really should have done better on the built-in beautiful touch screen. They can easily update this at any time. Sadly the pending update removes features. So, happy but disappointed.

Beautiful refrigerator, well designed and tons of fantastic features. I have had several issues however with the technology. Browser updates aren’t supported so streaming is not always dependable as well as a very limited app selection. As a media hub it is lacking, as a fridge it is stellar. It is still brand new so I may update if things change

I love this refrigerator. Disappointed with Samsung. They were running a promo where you get an extra set of glass panels for the front in any color you want and as hard as I tried and this many times as I tried, they were always out of colors or I could not get through But the refrigerator is pretty cool! I'm happy with it

To start with, we love the big screen which is much bigger than the previous Family Hub which was abundantly used by kids. There are more features with this product to reduce the smudges like door opening with button click etc.

Great fit for our counter dept. we love the features, lobe using alexa, smart screen, watching youtubes, etc!

we love it the icemaker is the best providing two sizes of ice and the flex space is a great option

The fridge is pretty cool the asthetic is nice and fits with most modern asthetics. Apart from the style it has cool features like the flex zone and the custom fridge portion. The screen is also pretty sick the only thing i dont like is the AI's capability to recognize food items and the limited selection of apps for the fridge. Besides this the fridge is sick.

Fridge is an excellent addition to our kitchen. Has plenty of space and kids love the wifi. Music in the morning starts our day off right.
