Bought as gift for family, technicians came and installed it in a flash. They also provided familiarization of all functions to my mother, demonstrating commitment to BestBuy's standards and the customer satisfaction. Samsung really outdid themselves with this desgin and the price may be steep, but I consider it an investment more than a cost. I would highly recommend this service and product to anyone who will listen. Thank you for everything and the opportunity to provide feedback for the chance at the $400 reward - I hope I get it!

I know! I just buy a protection plan. Appliances don’t last like they used to anyways anymore. The more technology they add to them even worse.

It's made to looks beautiful works for a couple that doesn't cook much. And the AI view It's the worse thing ever, the cameras are pretty bad, the app can't even realize what are you putting there.

The only bummer is there's not a lot of apps you can use, and for some reason Samsung stopped supporting the ability to look into your main fridge. You can now only look at what's in your doors via your phone

the screen stopped working
