    The versatility of this refrigerator makes me happy..it’s so pretty and although I had to modify my cabinets for this baby I did it with joy. If you consider it please don’t forget the sensor on the automatic door it adds at least two inches to the height.

    I have to get to the floor to open the door and get ice or anything that is inside the fridge, is not like the pull out tray of a traditional french door fridge that brings your items outside the main fridge section

    I bought an entire Samsung kitchen including two refrigerators. All from the bespoke line. Imagine my surprise when I buy my nice fridge and I realize that the stainless steel finish is different between the different models of the bespoke line. Both are stainless steel, but the finish does not match. I will never buy a Samsung product again. I spent close to 10k on various kitchen products from them, and they are to stupid to match the color even within the same line of products.

    Fridge is less than 10 months old and is making a loud knocking/rattling noise. Was in a text chat with Samsung and now I need to find my receipt to prove when I purchased it. Make sure you keep your receipt accessible!

    The refrigerator overall is beautiful but we had to return it because of cooling issues. We had our own thermometer in the refrigerator and the humidity stayed up at 75% and the temperature would fluctuate with the door open for only about 20 seconds and then stay around 50 to 55 degrees and not go any lower. We had the geek squad come out and confirm the cooling was off and set up for us to trade it in. After reading additional reviews about the refrigerator and all of its cooling issues we decided to go in a different direction. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the trade in, which I almost walked away from Best Buy completely as I had to worry about the food I had in it. We wound up choosing an LG and we are happy with that decision so far.

    I just received the fridge so not sure about the quality. My review is for customer service, I have waited hours on the phone after the initial order to resolve the issues with replacing the fridge due to incorrect product description that was provided to me over the phone by the agent, I ended up not getting the fridge for 2 weeks.

    We bought this on feb 2025. In July 2025, the refrigerator temperature was higher than 45F and freezer temperature 29F with settings of 36 and -4F. Ice maker will not work. It took more than 15 days for servicing.
