    Horrible cooling

    The refrigerator overall is beautiful but we had to return it because of cooling issues. We had our own thermometer in the refrigerator and the humidity stayed up at 75% and the temperature would fluctuate with the door open for only about 20 seconds and then stay around 50 to 55 degrees and not go any lower. We had the geek squad come out and confirm the cooling was off and set up for us to trade it in. After reading additional reviews about the refrigerator and all of its cooling issues we decided to go in a different direction. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the trade in, which I almost walked away from Best Buy completely as I had to worry about the food I had in it. We wound up choosing an LG and we are happy with that decision so far.

    After some significant and annoying delays they finally delivered! So far so good but what can I say after less than a week! It works.

    I just received the fridge so not sure about the quality. My review is for customer service, I have waited hours on the phone after the initial order to resolve the issues with replacing the fridge due to incorrect product description that was provided to me over the phone by the agent, I ended up not getting the fridge for 2 weeks.

    We bought this on feb 2025. In July 2025, the refrigerator temperature was higher than 45F and freezer temperature 29F with settings of 36 and -4F. Ice maker will not work. It took more than 15 days for servicing.
