So far it has been wonderful! It is perfect for our family needs and lifestyle. The small ice bites are giver than expected (aka not sonic or chick Fil a style) but still great. The clean front with door for water Is so great. Didn't think we would use the pitcher but holy moly it has been useful! A few negatives- delivery was a nightmare and first one came so crushed we couldn't even unbox it. I'm not sure the deodorizing filter works. Everytime I open the fridge the smell is more intense than any other fridge I have owned. Not bad just doesn't filter the meals.

Delivery experience was the worst, but product is 5 stars due to the flexible option of only using what you need when you need. We don’t have much use of the freezer so making it work as a refrigerator in the flex zone is just perfect. The panels I had ordered came finally and were installed but they were thin sheet metal with color coated so super light and questionable on durability.

We really like the lay-out of this refrigerator. The beverage center is convenient, and the double doors provide good visibility.

I absolute love the refrigerator! Love that you can do different colored panels. Love the drink station in the fridge. I also love the two differnet sized ice cubes. The small sized cubes are nice for smaller water bottle tops for getting ince into them. Also super fun. Tons of space for the regular standard sized fridge as well.

Love the color and design, the auto fill pitcher and beverage center is a must on and works well! Would recommend

The fridge is amazing. Only thing i wish was different was that the outer upper left door would close automatically. Im having to get in the habit of having to manually close it. I wish i would have contacted best buy after i got it for a dent in the side for a partial refund, but i really dont have any complaints!

Great product design and features. Unfortunately though it was set on Demo mode when we rec’d it and the installation people told us it was on. Consequently this floor model wasnt really on and we lost all our food.

The refrigerator looks beautiful and met my expectations. Great delivery and great quality of appliance.

Pros: Lot's of space even for counter depth model. Clean lines look really nice. Optional fridge / freezer for 3rd door is very convenient. Cons: Expected ice to be more like ice nuggets (aka Sonic ice) and it's not even close. Looks great when it's clean, but glass gets dirty quickly with kids and no handles to close doors.

We have not received this refrigerator yet but it looks really nice and has a lot of capabilities. We really like the glass panels on the front that can be changed out to change the color.

Excellent choice for a mid-size refrigerator. The flex options are great. It’s been more than a month, unfortunately the front color panels have not arrived and Best Buy does not guarantee availability and offers a gift card “refund” for the panels value.

This refrigerator works great. I love the flex freezer (right side) and I love the auto fill water pitcher. I highly recommend this fridge to anyone. Worth the money.

We love this refrigerator! It has so much space and versatile shelves.

Tired for month to connect to smarthing app won’t connect. Followed all instructions on the app to the T and still nothing dishwasher and oven connects refrigerator doesn’t panels were delivered months late and not only that was installed incorrectly and had to get new ones installed incorrectly again. Can’t win with this product. 

I’ve purchased Samsung fridges in the past and have always been happy, but this one takes it to the next level. The new auto fill pitcher and ability to create two different kinds of ice are both amazing. I really like the new interior designs of this fridge with the pull out drawers on the bottom, tons of room on the top, along with the ability to change the bottom right to whatever you need it for is just icing on the cake. It’s very easy to hook up to your Samsung smart things app, and in there you are able to order new filters, and get notifications about your fridge, as well as change the flex zone. Also being able to change the outside door appearance for future needs is very welcome, though the navy glass panels are beautiful and I like them much more than stainless steel.

Love it! Have no complaints on this refrigerator. I always herd bad reviews about Samsung refrigerator but still took the risk due to availability an being cabinet depth. But a month into having it no complaints only completely satisfied as of now

Love this refrigerator! The four doors were wonderful! The kids and grandkids really liked their own door. The counter depth was surprisingly mice too.

Great refrigerator. Love the flex crisper and flex door. Double ice is twice as nice. The auto fill pitcher is just cool. Love this. Also no Handel's for the kids to pull on.
