Love this refrigerator! The four doors were wonderful! The kids and grandkids really liked their own door. The counter depth was surprisingly mice too.

Amazing fridge. Love how you have to scoop the ice out and you have the small ice bites. No more load ice maker running in the middle of the night! Ice bites aren’t like Zaxby’s ice but it is still small.

The only thing thats been an issue is with getting the colored panels we want. We’re getting them eventually but it’s been more of a challenge than it should have been.

I built out a whole new kitchen with all Samsung Appliances. That was a massive mistake. Don't make the mistake as me. Avoid Samsung. When they work it is fine, but often they stop working. That is when the nightmare starts. They cycle of Samsung "support" and repair tech.. They have damaged my new wood cabinets, dented my floors, chipped my granite counters, and I have lost countless hours of my life talking with Samsung support that have been wildly unhelpful. Please heed my advice, avoid these appliances.

This refrigerator is awesome. We like it because it’s looks. Blue color with glass looks amazing in our house. Also this refrigerator has lots a space.

Beautiful and functional fridge. The white glass panels work great if especially you have white cabinets. The panels only took a couple minutes to install. It makes the house feel so calm compared to the traditional aluminum look.

it looks good but so many issues. had tech came over multiple times for the leaking and had some parts replaced

It is an all around wonderful fridge! The ice maker can grt a little full if you keep it on which isnt a problem until you go scoop ice and some tends to fall down below. Also freezer space isnt exactly huge but it works. All around the wuality is very nice, though!

We are enjoying our BeSpoke refrigerator. The beverage station is very convenient and alleviates opening the full fridge to get a drink.

I'm having to give this product an average rating for now mainly because I haven't gotten the product yet. We ordered it in store on 6/24/21 and set up installation for 7/16/21. We were then contacted the day prior to that installation date informing us that the unit was not available and that we would have to reschedule. We were assigned a date of 8/7/21 and informed of that by emal. However, we were going to be out of town that day so we changed the date to 8/9/21 and had an email confirmation that that date was set up. However, 3 hours later I got another email saying that I needed to schedule installation. I called about this twice and finally got someone to call me back after an hour. I was then told that it wasn't set up for 8/9 and that the best they could then do was going to be 8/10/21. Thus, I'm extraordinarily frustrated so far. We were excited with the unit when we saw it in the store and are anxious to obtain it but I've been disappointed thus far.

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review as I have noticed some reviews that mention defects or failings with this refrigerator. All I can say is this has been a great purchase for our house, has worked exactly as advertised and gets compliments from everyone. Being able to control this from the app, or from Alexa works great. Holds temperature well and is easy to clean. No complaints at all. It is expensive, but is a showstopper.

I like my new refrigerator, finally got the panels, they look great. very user friendly. I like the choice if 2 ice cube sizes.
