Love the flat front and counter depth option. Lots of space and compartments. Cubed and small cubed ice a plus! Without handles, many fingerprints. Door with water pitcher has a flap that stays open and you have to fold in to close door on occasion.

We are so happy with this refrigerator. It is just what we were looking for and the sleek design makes it even better. Lots of room, nice ice maker (2 sizes) and water dispenser. Love it!!

Beautiful fridge. You can change the temperature on the middle drawer so you can decide if you want to use the drawer for meat or beverages. The water pitcher is also super nice to have, especially when we have guest. Only part I dislike about the fridge is that it shows fingerprints.

Very nice fridge. Auto water fill pitcher is great. Much better than just water because it is cold. Looks amazing, clean and modern.

It’s been a few years since I bought a refrigerator. Actually my son picked it out for me. I really like that the exterior design; it’s so innovative there’s no door handles! The interior is spacious and easy to keep things organized.

I bought this thinking I was "settling" for an open box item. I couldn't afford a refrigerator with some of the new features that I really liked, and this one seemed ok. After it was delivered, I saw the features at work - 2 ice makers controlled by an app, flex drawer, so much more space than my last refrigerator due to the design (even though it was smaller by cu. ft.)...It works great, I love the look, and I couldn't be more pleased!

Love, love, love my new Samsung refrigerator! I bought a counter depth, but it still has lots of storage - in fact, it seems to have as much or more than my full size French door kitchenaid. The water pitcher inside the door is nice - it fills automatically when you pour a glass and you don’t have to worry about drips on the floor. The ice maker makes 2 sizes of ice and the freezer is a nice size. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase!

I love this refrigerator. It has a super clean look with the straight lines and no obvious handles - love that. I don't need water on the outside door, so I appreciate the water pitcher inside. The beverage drawer is a plus also. The way the freezer is set up is really convenient for my lifestyle - easy access to ice and basics on top. I have only had it for two months, but so far it has been excellent.

I’m pretty happy I chose this model. Looks good as a counter depth and saves me some valuable space in my semi-compact kitchen. It’s actually deceivingly spacious…at least compared to my previous refrigerator. The ice at the bottom isn’t as convenient as a dispenser on the door but if that’s the sacrifice for a product that lasts longer I don’t mind. Personally, I have an opal ice maker already so I’m good either way. I haven’t had it very long but so far I haven’t had any issues.

Love my new Samsung Bespoke fridge. I was a little concerned about fridge space when it first arrived, but it holds alot, it's deceiving. Runs super quiet. I think our favorite features are the automatic refillable water pitcher in the door, the convertable drawer and the 2 sizes of ice it makes.

I kinda wish it had door handles. When your hands are full, sometimes it is nice to just hook a pinky on a handle to open. The layout is great. Functionality seems improved over out 13 y.o. fridge that just died - things seem evenly cool. Also definitely quieter. I like the different sized cube in the ice maker. The filtered water is great, now that the plastic smell has disappated. Last fridge was deeper, so we like that this one is counter depth, but it does reduce the size of produce drawers, etc. So far very happy.

Very happy with this refrigerator. I didn't expect to use the water pitcher but do all of the time. Most refrigerators make round ice now instead of the crescent moon shape and it's hard to fill a water bottle with them. Because this model also makes cubed ice, it's perfect. I previously had an LG countertop with an icemaker in the door. This one seems to have more capacity both in the freezer and refrigerator sections

Love this fridge! Elevates my kitchen with its ultra elegant look. We have 3 40oz hydroflask users and I was initially worried that we may have to wait a long time to fill all of them up. But I was happy to note that it only takes about 15 seconds to fill each one up! Don't think twice, go buy it!

I love my refrigerator! I got a great deal on it. It has some great features. One thing I really like is the pitcher that fills with water. There is also the option of 2 different types of ice and the middle drawer can be either a freezer or refrigerator.

Great fridge so far only had it 3 weeks but it is working fantastic Auto water container is great also

Love the way it looks and it's quiet. We had a problem with the middle drawer freezing our drinks but Best Buy sent someone out and they adjusted the settings and it's been fine since then. Could be a little more flexible with the freezer storage as well but overall we really like it. I think the water pitcher feature is cool but some people may prefer the dispenser.

Had been looking for a black stainless counter depth fridge for a while! Came across this one and opted for the matte black steel for the bottom 2 panels and chose the black glass for the two top panels and it looks great! Love the ice and water pitcher too!

Great fridge for the price, love the water pitcher feature. So much nicer than waiting for a bottle to fill up. Snack drawer is also awesome.
