Ice cubes fall out of the back of the compartment into the bottom of the freezer and eventually fall onto the floor. Very bad for a wood floor. Appliance is starting to make loud hums and rumbles after just one year of service. If it is going to break please break while under warranty?

I also paid for Blue and white panels that will be delivered 8-4'22. I paid extra for the Blue and white panels. The fridge was delivered WITHOUT any panels. The fridge works great .

Working on our second service call to address the lack of water filling the pitcher. Not sure if its a poor design or we just have a lemon. More to follow.

We used to argue about who left the water pitcher empty, now it fills automatically inside the door. The two sizes of ice cubes in the freezer are wonderful. It makes ice quickly, drops the ice in the keeper, and you scoop out the ice you need with the provided scoop. On the old refrigerator, inevitably ice cubes tumbles to the floor. This is a counter depth refrigerator as was our old one, but seems so much bigger. The bottom freezer is huge and has compartments that make finding your food easier. The appearance is probably what impresses people when they see it. It is gorgeous and since its glass it cleans with windex. We love just looking at it. Plus you open it from the bottom, saving having handles sticking out (important in a condo kitchen) and making for a smooth, good looking surface. We are so glad when looking for a white refrigerator, this one popped up. I had never heard of it before but it is truly a dream.

The fridge is spacious and cools evenly and the freezer is spacious and icy cold. I still need to figure out how to make more ice cubes, but so far the freezer makes enough for one person who uses ice daily. I’m very pleased with the unit and was exceptionally pleased with the delivery men. They moved everything carefully and explained the basic functions.

No idea how the actual product would have been, but will not do this kind of business with Best Buy again because they bait and switch delivery dates and are not reliable.
