Really nice fridge the wife loves it makes good amount of ice

I am enjoying learning all the features of my new refrigerator.

Purchased from Best Buy outlet and it didn’t work. Geek Squad came out and wasn’t able to fix it and because I purchased from an outlet they could not replace with the same item. I would have to go back to that store and see what else they have in stock. Warning to those shopping there…items may be new or “open box” but no guarantee it’ll work. The savings is not worth the hassle for something that won’t work. The reps I spoke to assured me it I was getting a replacement by 6/12 and called to confirm today only for them to say order was not in their system and a replacement was not possible because it was purchased from their outlet. What a mess and regret buying from here. Can’t say how storage is since I didn’t get to put anything inside since it never cooled.

The refrigerator not only looks great but is well designed for capacity to hold food.

I am completely in love with my Sweet Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator!! It is sleek and modern, and even handsome! The water pitcher is amazing - it's like magic! It refills quietly and just about instantly, so convenient! The fridge has such a gentle hum that you have to strain to listen, which is a big plus. The ice maker makes itself known, but we don't mind, as it is much quieter than our last one, and its location in the freezer frees up so much space in the fridge. The middle drawer is a great bonus, and the overall size is perfect for a small household - my friends have the larger version, which is perfect for a big family, and just as smart. Speaking of smart, you can control it with your phone, another cool function. There are just enough bells and whistles to make it awesome, but not too many to overwhelm you. I absolutely LOVE my Bespoke fridge! It is sweet indeed, and the Best Buy folks have been great as well! Highly recommended.

I have had the Samsung BESPOKE Refrigerator for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it has been an incredible addition to my kitchen. I love the way the French doors open up to reveal spacious shelves and drawers, making it simple to find what I need without having to dig around. The Beverage Center is one of my favorite features. It’s a dedicated space for drinks, which means I can access my beverages quickly without opening the main doors and letting cold air escape. This feature is perfect for my family, as it keeps our drinks cold and easily accessible, especially during gatherings or hot summer days. The smart technology integrated into this refrigerator has been a game-changer. Being able to control and monitor the fridge through the SmartThings app is incredibly convenient. I can adjust the temperature, get alerts if the door is left open, and even check the status of the fridge from my phone. This feature has added a level of convenience and peace of mind that I didn’t know I needed. Maintaining this refrigerator is a breeze. The stainless steel exterior is not only stylish but also easy to clean. The interior shelves and drawers are designed for easy removal, making cleaning straightforward and hassle-free. I love this my new fridge. It has so much space and capacity and fits perfectly in my counter space. Main factors that contribute to the fridge is the beverage center and having access to an auto pitcher. My kids love it. I don’t have to buy water bottles anymore. I also love the ice maker makes 2 different size ice cubes. I have only had this for one month but I love it so far. Also I am able to change my panels and change my fridge colors.

We are very pleased with our purchase We had to replace a built in refrigerator, which meant we needed a refrigerator that was counter depth. This narrowed our search quite a bit and the Samsung looked to be the best choice. We were attracted to the seamless design with no handles. We absolutely love the auto fill water picture. There is space for everything and everything is in clear-view. We did not have the drawer feature before, and really love this compartment for cheeses, cold cuts, and other such items. The freezer compartment is ample enough for us. The icemaker makes two sizes of ice - I don’t think this is necessary, as the sizes are not really that much different. I am curious to know why Samsung thought this would be a desirable feature. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and have even ordered different colored panels - a fun feature- with the current incentive offer.

Like the interior layout, love the outside appearance. Originally concerned over loss of cubic feet going from standard to counter depth, but we’re finding fewer leftovers taking up long-term residence in the back of the fridge, so loss of space wasn’t a bad thing. Only remaining concern is heavy reliance on some pretty lightweight sliding plastic bits. If they hold up or are easily and inexpensively replaced, it’ll be a solid 5. Adding appliance to SmartThings app was straightforward and makes temperature setting easier than using the pressure pads in the fridge. Those pressure pads are not intuitive and there is some guesswork involved. Not so with the app. I’m happy with the buy.

I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and I can say I do not regret this purchase at all. I love how sleek it looks without any handles. The middle drawer is perfect for all your hams and such… the fridge is stainless steel inside as well which I think makes the fridge cool better. The freezer is very spacious and I love the tray that makes ice. There are 2 great bonuses for this fridge, 1 is that is a smart one so I can control many features with my phone, it even lets me know id the door is open… and 2 that it serves drinkable water without making a mess like the ones that have that on the outside of the fridge… I am just very in love with my fridge!

Coming from an old Whirlpool side by side with a dead ice maker, this thing is a beast. More than enough space for our weekly groceries, and it’s so easy to load oversized containers. Having an ice maker that makes two sizes of ice is nice. This thing is no louder than my older fridge and I rarely notice it running unless the house is super quiet. All in all I would recommend it.

We got the counter depth without the beverage center version of this fridge. We love the clean look of this fridge and love the interior design as well. I was skeptical about only having the pitcher without the water dispenser but I it turned out to be my favorite feature as it makes getting water quicker as the pitcher is always filled. I do need to get containers to organize the freezer since items can just pile on top of each other and we lose sight of what we have. I am getting used to the idea of controlling the fridge using an app, but all in all, we love this fridge so far.

Waited THREE weeks for this to be delivered… and it was worth it. Looks amazing in the kitchen and I love the beverage drawer. The pull out freezer has just the right amount of space for us and the French door fridge section looks amazing. Almost like our food is on display when we open it each time. The auto fill pitcher is definitely spoiling me with how quick it is to fill my glass and I can’t wait to try the infuser on it.

I bought this refrigerator to fit into a confined space with limited room for opening the right hand side door. Not having an external handle helps a lot. The middle drawer is also a nice feature, as is the auto-fill pitcher. Even at counter depth there is ample room for a household of 3 adults. It seems very well made and it's much quieter than an LG we used to have.

We absolutely love our new Samsung fridge! The automatic water pitcher in the door is such a convenient feature—we use it all the time. The two different ice options are fantastic and come in handy for everything from drinks to entertaining. Out of all the appliances we purchased for our home, this fridge is by far our favorite. It’s stylish, spacious, and packed with thoughtful features that make life easier. Highly recommend it!

Im writing this review after owning the fridge for about 1.5 yrs. Since receiving I have had no issues with it whatsoever. Of course, this should be the norm with an appliance, but unfortunately this day and age, we have the opposite issue. Anyways, install went smooth, we followed instructions on tossing out first 2 or 3 loads of ice the freezer makes. The fridge has a little red light to notify when the water filter needs replacing - which is amazing - you can use all the water in the jug and once you put it back in and close the fridge it fills it back up immediately. Overall great, no issues.

This is a beautiful refrigerator! There is ample space for more food than you realize and the in-door water pitcher is really cool! The middle drawer is super convenient for drinks and snacks as well.

This refrigerator is replacing a Samsung purchased 4.5 years ago. Samsung stood by their 5 year warranty on the compressor so I bought another. Since the ice-maker doesn't dispense on the door that frees up room in the refrigerator area. The water pitcher seemed odd, at first, but we really like it now. It is easy to fill insulated jugs and we're not wrenching our necks to see if the jug is lined up under the water spout! The freezer drawer has plenty of room and we also like the two sizes of ice. Again, scooping the ice is easier than having it dispense our the door. The middle drawer was important to me on the Bespoke line as the handles to open the main doors are on the top and bottom of the doors. Without the drawer the bottom handle is awkwardly low and the top is a stretch for me. The drawer moves the bottom of the door up to a good height for me.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. It has so much more room and several ways of storing your items in the refrigerator. Love the water self filling pitcher. Great looking very contemporary.

Spectacular refrigerator. Tons of space, and we use it in an office setting so that is perfect. Two cube styles in ice bin, and chilled water in a self filling pitcher inside the door. Very cool. Oh, and the stainless is fingerprint proof!!
