Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this refrigerator last june so far i don't have any problem on it.the design is sleek easy to clean beverage center is good i never buy any bottled water anymore water taste is good same as water bottle ice maker is perfect 2 different ice cubes i used big ones for shake and smothies while small ice is good for drinks soda and tea.the middle storage is great for kids drinks and food adjustable temperature.i'm still waiting for the lower panel on my fridge hope this fridge will last for many years as this one is my biggest purchase.

I downsized to a counter depth refrigerator from a side by side but I can hardly tell a difference in capacity. The shelves are deep, the ice is nice, and I love having the ability to change the colors.

However, if you have a problem, Samsung service department is terrible. Make sure you get a Best Buy warranty to protect your appliance.

Horrible experience

From day one, the freezer would have condensation that led to everything in it getting frostbite. We reached out and a tech came out, they determined the fridge has damaged under the freezer drawer which is not visible unless you look under it and the fridge needed to be replaced. Samsung claims it’s physical damage so it is up to Best Buy and Best Buy refuses to do anything since in all the back and fourth the 60 day return window has expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend I will buy it 1000 times more

Guaranteed To Not Get Fridge If Buying This Model

I purchased this fridge over a month ago and Best Buy has yet to deliver the item. I have had to reschedule the delivery date FIVE TIMES now, even though Best Buy knew the fridge wouldn’t be available for delivery until January of next year! They don't care if it inconveniences your time and you missing work. And yet they promised me MULTIPLE TIMES that I would receive it this year. They also keep blaming Samsung for the issue. And if they promise you compensation for the trouble, it’s only 0.5 percent of the total cost of the fridge. I’ve heard it all from them at this point. Save yourself the headaches and purchase a completely different fridge.

Haven’t had any issues. Love the beverage center, the water is ice cold, love the pitcher option! I don’t have to wait to fill my water bottle at the waterspout thing, (I know 1st word problems lol) but super happy so far. Also like the options of changing out the panels. I do have the counter depth one, so it is a little smaller.

Huge amount of space inside and convenient space it is. We had a side by side and after a few weeks we have no clue why we didn’t switch sooner. Plus it has a pullout drawer for even more space. Everything has its place now and we love it. Also, the fridge makes absolutely no noise, which is awesome. 100% recommend.

I have the white glass panels and it looks so sleek and seamless with my white cabinets and countertops. I love the 2 different size ice cubes it makes and the customizable zones. The fact that we get 2 free custom panels is just icing on the cake
