Also, if the door is left open just a little bit, the alarm won't go off. This happened to me when my kids left the door open a tiny bit. It drained the freezer and all my frozen items defrosted and it took overnight to refreeze.

They also come with no panels when ordering the fridge. The Best Buy team said that there is a special where you order them for free so far every time I try and order them from the Samsung website I am being charged each time. I asked them about the size supply line and they said all fridge lines are 3/8. I propressed all new lines for this fridge only to find I need to undo all my work and everything I bought to do this was wrong. Needless to say more than upset about the utter misinformation and I am sure nothing will come from it.

I get so many complements on the beauty, but I love the functionality as well. The middle drawer is very convenient and the water pitcher inside the door is so wonderful. You never have to refill it, it is automatic. I love this refrigerator!

When scooping the ice cubes, it is very easy to have some ice fall behind the drawer and to the bottom of the freezer. It is not easy to get the fallen cubes out of there. If they would relook the design of the ice cubes trays, this refrigerator would be a 5 star!
