The depth of the refrigerator gives us more room when walking in front of it. We love the middle drawer for drinks.

Haven’t had any issues. Love the beverage center, the water is ice cold, love the pitcher option! I don’t have to wait to fill my water bottle at the waterspout thing, (I know 1st word problems lol) but super happy so far. Also like the options of changing out the panels. I do have the counter depth one, so it is a little smaller.

Huge amount of space inside and convenient space it is. We had a side by side and after a few weeks we have no clue why we didn’t switch sooner. Plus it has a pullout drawer for even more space. Everything has its place now and we love it. Also, the fridge makes absolutely no noise, which is awesome. 100% recommend.

The Flexi area is a great idea so it can be changed from a deli drawer to meat or soft freeze. Also love the auto water pitcher. Saves a lot of time.

It looks so clean and unique but also provides all the functions I wanted. The beverage center has been so convenient and I like the drawer has its own temperature setting. The two ice cube options are perfect for our needs. And on top of all that, this fridge is so quiet compared to others I’ve had in the past.

Did not work from day One

However, the delivery took what seemed like an eternity. We had to wait 4 months to get this Samsung delivered to our home. The manufacturer was delayed twice. We were using our little daughter’s mini refrigerator for 4 months. Finally, our long awaited Samsung Refrigerator Bestow was delivered. Only to have the freezer not working properly. The freezer was not cold enough for ice maker to work properly and did not keep foods frozen. What a huge disappointment. At last, we had a third party repair personal to service the refrigerator. He found this brand new Samsung to be low on refrigerant. We have to wait and see if it will be functioning properly in the next few days. Hopefully, yours will be working on day one. Gorgeous refrigerator, bad experience.

The description mentioned it only had a dent/gauge which at the store they guaranteed it was only physical damage. They never told me that if it had any defects I would get my money back and had to purchase a new one. To my surprise the refrigerator had a cooling issue (mechanical). I lost all my groceries, medicine and had to throw everything away. The fridge would say it had the correct temperatures of 33F and 0F, but a thermometer evidenced the complete opposite. It was a very disappointing situation and I ended up spending more than $2,000 with everything all together because of this damaged open-box that I’m certain was not properly certified to restock so be careful with open-box items for appliances.

We have a troubleshooting guide to check the cooling performance of the freezer. The guide includes several helpful tips, such as checking if your fridge is in Sabbath mode, has a power issue, disabling the Cooling Off mode, leveling your refrigerator, setting the recommended temperature, and watching a video tutorial that guides you from start to finish.
