Haven’t had any issues. Love the beverage center, the water is ice cold, love the pitcher option! I don’t have to wait to fill my water bottle at the waterspout thing, (I know 1st word problems lol) but super happy so far. Also like the options of changing out the panels. I do have the counter depth one, so it is a little smaller.

The Flexi area is a great idea so it can be changed from a deli drawer to meat or soft freeze. Also love the auto water pitcher. Saves a lot of time.

I have the white glass panels and it looks so sleek and seamless with my white cabinets and countertops. I love the 2 different size ice cubes it makes and the customizable zones. The fact that we get 2 free custom panels is just icing on the cake

I originally had the standard depth which was very spacious. It stuck out too much for my liking. I now have counter depth and it’s not as spacious but definitely still is great. Ice maker could be a little better as far as the amount when full. Just my opinion. Overall I definitely recommend this fridge!

Horrible experience

From day one, the freezer would have condensation that led to everything in it getting frostbite. We reached out and a tech came out, they determined the fridge has damaged under the freezer drawer which is not visible unless you look under it and the fridge needed to be replaced. Samsung claims it’s physical damage so it is up to Best Buy and Best Buy refuses to do anything since in all the back and fourth the 60 day return window has expired.

Yes this was a brand new one too, right out of the box. Customer service was NOT the greatest on this, from the number I was told to call. No fault of the Best Buy store though since I’m sure they weren’t aware of this problem prior

You have just the right amount of space for all your storage needs and the beverage center is great. The water pitcher fills up automatically and you can put fruit in it to have flavor in your water without the sugary drinks. You can also set the temperature in the middle drawer to store wine. We are a household of 4 and have not needed anymore storage. I like the ice maker 2 choices of ice. The under door-drawer handle is great so you won't have to leave your handprints on the glass. The glass panels are easy to clean. It keeps your food cold and your freezer is just right. You are able to choose the color of panels that you want but ordering more than one color will be a pain to store the extra panels. A bigger size is available for someone who has a bigger family.

This is great for a big family, love all the drawers and compartments. The best part is the water dispenser inside the fridge as well as tiny ice chips my kids absolutely love! This is such a great buy we are super happy with it.
