Love the design and fit for the space. The inside door trays are much larger than our previous bespoke and I have the counter depth option.

I am amazed at the quality and attractiveness of this product. After a month of use, I am highly impressed with every detail down to the hinges just being so smooth. Opening and closing the doors is a breeze. I love the glass! I bought this for the ice and hidden water access but I’m in love with the entire refrigerator.

Love it!!! The double doors, drink compartment, second drawer, and freezer is user friendly and keeps items organized. The little alarm goes off if fridge is left open too long . Items stay nice and cold.

So far so good! This was the refrigerator I was looking for and it has not disappointed. The dual ice maker has been a godsend even though its not through the door, I have quickly forgotten about that. Everything has been as advertised.

Fun fridge, well thought out design. I didn’t expect the panels to be missing until I read the fine print. But there a colors you can purchase from third party sellers at the fraction of the cost. I love my bespoke fridge!

I love this refrigerator!! I have the white glass panels and it looks so sleek and seamless with my white cabinets and countertops. I love the 2 different size ice cubes it makes and the customizable zones. The fact that we get 2 free custom panels is just icing on the cake

I absolutely love the beverage center with the auto fill pitcher that you can put lemons lines and cucumbers in top drainage area for water The dual ice cube maker sizes is another great feature whicj I truly love

It’s perfect ! At first I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure how it would it be considering it looks like the previous models but when I received it - it’s gorgeous ! It’s better than the French 4-Door. It’s amazing how well it keeps fruits and vegetables last longer and better

Nice appliance- easy to operate- has a lot of storage space. I really like the behind the door water station- I bought it because in Florida if you have a water/ice dispenser in the door, it constantly leaks due to the humidity. I think it is a good fix to that problem.

This is a great purchase. I have all white glass and it looks good with my white countertops and blue cabinets. It is very spacious and the best part is the middle drawer section which can be converted to fridge or freezer. I use it to keep beverages and I can adjust the temperature for that. One more thing I love about this is that it gets connected to my samsung phone and I can change temperature of refrigerator and freezer from my phone. I can select ice type, autofill picture and so much more just from my phone. If someone leaves door open I get notification on my phone to close the door. For me this is very convenient. I would highly recommend it.

This is the best refrigerator that I have ever owned! However, if you have a problem, Samsung service department is terrible. Make sure you get a Best Buy warranty to protect your appliance.

I really like this fridge, especially the beverage center. I just bring the pitcher to my desk at work (home) or to the table at dinner and don't have to make trips back to the kitchen often. My one complaint is the amount of plastic strips I had to pull off the fridge when it was delivered. It still feels like I'm pulling hidden ones off to this day. Also, the freezer drawers feel a little cheap.
