The two gentlemen that delivered my refrigerator were great. This was a difficult delivery (down curved stairs) and they took all precautions not to damage any walls. They explained the set up and asked if I had a questions. I could not ask for any better service.

It replaced a 20 yr old s/s. It has all the bells and whistles we didn’t even know existed. You need to have some knowledge to do all the programming to get apps and functions dialed in. So far we love it. Very good design and well laid out

This is so much better than we expected. Everyone loves the way it handles water. Only downside is that there isn’t enough room for taller things. Overall we love it!

Fridge looks amazing! Love the touch screen add-on and how you can customize the color for all 3 sections of the fridge (when ordering it)! We went with black (top section) white (middle lip section) and black (bottom section). This will fit in just nicely with our kitchens theme!

Samsung products are always the best, this refrigerator is a good choice for families.

I love this fridge. I can see what’s in there from my phone. The family hub with integrated speaker is my favorite. Food recognition is great too.

Beautiful fridge! We use it everyday and getting water out has been the best part about it. The pitcher fills up in seconds and you can fill numerous water bottles very fast, it's amazing!

I really love my fridge because it has alot of features. Easy to clean. Alot of storage. Also connects to my home devices. Must buy. I recommend this product.

Great product, finally got it right by putting Ice maker in FREEZER not the fridge! computer on outside is wonderful. only negative is the panels that they offer are 90% of time out of stock, Boo when it goes out of stock this should tell you to make more, just a word of advice in marketing.

It is a refrigerator with a tablet. I like the beverage center. Ice takes a lot of the bottom, but for larger families will need to make sure have a separate freezer. A lot of bells and whistles that will have to get use to all the features. With that said, could mean expensive fixes later.

It looks modern, best fit for my kids as family hub can make my kids happy by engaging them with art& painting work. Kids can reach and easily access their juice& water located in the middle shelf.

If you purchase this refrigerator please remember to also purchase the panels separately. Now what bothers me the most is that this refrigerator cost almost $3000 and you still have to purchase panels which is also another $300 that’s fine if it was advertised the right way.
