    The design is very nice and large, but after two days I have a problem that it did not freeze, and one of the doors did not close well, the air leaked, and they had to change it for a new one, a problem that is from Samsung and I have had many with various appliances of this brand, definitely do not buy Samsung

    Bought this refrigerator on September 29, 2022 and we still don't have ANY PANELS! All Best Buy does is keep rescheduling saying there are no custom panels available. Why do you sell a refrigerator if you don't have any panels? Extremely dissatisfied with all of it. It is now February and no panels.

    Make sure u ask for your panels when placing order and specify the color. Online the worker tells me I’m getting stainless steel panels as my request. Frigator has not 1 panel I ordered and no bottom panels. She had to think the stainless steel of the frame was it.

    Fridge looks and works great but one star because when i received it, had a cracked tray and when i contacted customer service and was on hold for 75 minutes i was informed they cant replace it.

    In stores display of this refrigerator is pretty cause you can change panels of different as you want. I purchased it. But now almost a month it remains naked NO panel's available. I don't know why they manufactured and sell this product with no panels

    I’m not happy since the first time that we bought, the seller agent did the mistake and ordered the wrong refrigerator. Then, I went and they updated the order and waited for a month, the. It came wrong again, with no panels. We’re not happy.

    Not happy! It came without the panels and it’s now taking two months for the panels to come in. My refrigerator looks unfinished and all you see are screw’s when you look at it. One of the screws even cut my finger!
