Love it! Best fridgerator ever!. Only complaint i have is there should be availability of as many apps, such as streaming video service as you would find on Samsung mobiles or tablets. Also connecting or keeping phone connected to refrigerator proves cumbersome at times. Other than that it is a great appliance in the kitchen and entertains at the same time. Especially love the photo gallery rolling on the screen.

So far so good! We have had the fridge for about two months and all has been great. Its handy to have the shopping list, timer, calendar, and all things connected to our phones and fridge. Love the beverage center and the ice maker. Took about a month to get the panels we needed and one got pushed out but once we got it all together all has been good and working properly.

Beautiful and sleek! The Bespoke is the perfect fridge, so much room for storage. I am using the middle drawer for wine! Amazing!

Great purchase . The fridge looks beautiful as performs perfectly.

Overall a really nice fridge. Internal parts especially ice trays a little flimsy. Only other isdue to note is that it is not fingerprint resisrant so need to wipe down daily.

The customer service is excellent and the fact that what we ordered was not in stock so they gave us a temporary fridge and offered to replace it with what we wanted when the stock came in was extraordinary and we will be a customer for life ! Also love the tablet we bought for our grandson and the soundbar purchased for my husband. Keep up the great service, have recommended you to many of people !!

So far this refrigerator has exceeded expectations. We are very happy with all of the features and appearance

This is a beautiful and a very spacious fridge. I love it. Also, I love the two types of ice shapes. You have to buy it.

Love this fridge and all the extras it does. It even suggests us (from what it sees inside) what we can cook. Or if you’re at the grocery store and need to see what’s inside it can. Crazy cool. And the multiple storage levels and water filtration on the inside with water pitcher… just great. We were a bit skeptical with the cost, but has been a great addition to the kitchen. Kids love it as well to whiteboard on or do games.

So far the performance has been great. The ice maker came handy during my baby's birthday party. The kids are so happy seeing their pictures displaying on it.

Love it. We get a lot of guests at our house and everyone asks about this refrigerator and either buys it or buys one similar from Samsung's line. Our only complaint is the refilling pitcher can be finicky. We had to have it serviced after 1 year because it stopped filling. Good thing we always get Geek Squad protection for large appliance purchases.

Very cool fridge,surprised by how much i like the smart features. Only complaint is black glass makes fingerprints obvious, so we are constantly wiping it down.

We could not be happier with this refrigerator. It seriously has been life changing. We really wanted to get ourselves more organized and this fridge has helped in many ways. The hub is fantastic, the middle drawer is used a lot, and the beverage bar is extremely convenient. This fridge is a winner.

We have been on the fence for replacing our fridge and decided to go for it. We have previously had an all LG Kitchen but our new place had a mix of different brands. When we started looking we were pretty set on either LG (again) or Cafe. A few of our friends have had freezer problems on more recent LG models so we were leaning heavily towards Cafe. These are hard to see demo wise in person so we always just deferred. When we found this fridge, the white frosted glass front had some of the style we were looking at in the Cafe models so it instantly won us over. Coming from a small counter depth unit to this, we gained a considerable amount of space (inside) without expanding the footprint much (if at all). The ONLY complaint I have is when your house is stupid quiet, I can hear the compressor/whatever. I’m not sure if is my unit or just common so I’m waiting this out to see how much of a deal it is or isn’t.
