I purchased this refrigerator as an open-box item, advertised to be in excellent condition. While it appeared flawless externally, it has been shutting off unexpectedly. I contacted customer service, and they sent a technician to inspect it. According to them, a part needs replacement, which is scheduled for installation this weekend. I feel disappointed, having spent $3,000 on a refrigerator that doesn't function properly. Even if the repair resolves the issue, the process has already taken two weeks, and I'm uncertain if it will be fully fixed. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better reliability and support.

The fridge itself is nice. We don’t have a Samsung account so it took a while to get the screen connected to wifi and set up. The biggest issue so far is the fact that the price increased overnight due to a sale that wasn’t being advertised anywhere.

Should have come with any panels, i had to pay for the panels an extra $300 on top of an already expensive item. And pricing fluctuates too much from place to place. I also had to wait over a month to receive it. We will see how it works over time.

Beautiful fridge, however, we received it with dents on the open side so we were very disappointed as we have been w/o a fridge for months. I gave an average rating because while this was disappointing to see the dents, the fridge was everything we were hoping for.

Great frig! No complaints. If you are installing it into custom counter sink area, add at least another 1/2 inch to the overall height for the electronics & waterline plastic protective cover on the top front of the refrigerator.

The digital screen on this fridge is a plus! The fridge has great space and two freezers. Perfect for a couple large family!

This fridge is everything we needed and wanted! We often host parties so this was the perfect fridge!

Everything was excellent when we saw the product we want it online at the store it was the same and the treatment for the employees were great.

We finally received the parts for the refrigerator, but the panel we had an issue with the entire time getting it delivered is too big. I'm a little disappointed that we paid this much for a product upfront only to receive mediocre service at best with very little follow up, and it wasn't right at the end anyways. I'm going to just take care of the panel myself. I ended up going three extra months without a fridge because of this fiasco.

So far so good. I love the clean look and keeps everything nice and cold. I got the counter depth size and it fits a lot of stuff.

Refrigerator / freezer is excellent; the Family Hub / display / apps are NOT user friendly. Still struggling with understanding how all that works, and how I can get it to work for me.
