Great look and functionality, really defines our kitchen space. The family really enjoys the “family hub” tablet in the door, as well as the very convenient beverage center that is easily accessed without opening the main fridge door. Make sure to order the panels in the colors you’d like, we went all Charcoal and really like it.

The space and functionality are great, so much better than our last fridge! The flex drawer is amazing to have for the kids snacks, and i live rhe hydration station!

Excellent purchase. The front panel (a built-in tablet really) is quite a bit more useful than we expected. Interior lighting and layout is outstanding, and the quick access door is great. We're so glad we chose the Bespoke design. Its minimalist design has a great fit and finish. We purchased a couple of extra color panels to have available because it's a fun way to break up (and reset) the colors in our kitchen, Best Buy's support had been great too.

We love this fridge! Honestly, we don't even use 10% of the family hub functions, but it is still fun to have. My only complaint is that you see fingerprints all over- you need to be constantly wiping it down.

Well laid out and works well. The two separate sizes of ice is convenient. Stylish front makes for a good modern style kitchen

I absolutely love this refrigerator! Owned now for about 2 months...the new ice making system is far suprior and hopefully very reliable which was a Samsung issue for years. Love the brespoke options, storage well designed. Kudos Samsung!

This is an upgrade from my 2019 model that was silver, and this one is simply breathtaking. My house is a modern style construction, painted in black white and some grey inside out. This appliance adds to quality of the kitchen that is glamorous!

Picked up the Samsung BESPOKE fridge at Best Buy, and it's been a fantastic upgrade. The sleek white glass finish adds a modern touch to our kitchen. The Family Hub touchscreen is user-friendly we use it for notes, checking the weather, and playing music while cooking. The fridge is spacious, quiet, and energy-efficient. The pickup process was smooth, and setup was straightforward. Highly recommend this refrigerator for anyone looking to combine style with smart features.

This refrigerator is amazing. Does so much more than keeps food cold. It looks very classy and nice to.

Really awesome to have the Family Hub in the kithen fridge. It's more than just an Alexa on your fridge. Looks sleek and modern. Only wish for next generation is soundbars on either side to get better sound. Only other minor complaint is the Family Hub screen easily gets smudged with fingerprints. Make sure to double check your old fridge dimensions to choose the right size. I was originally going to buy the larger one, but then I measured and noticed the fridge depth was not as deep as I thought. Make sure you really measure it! There's a sliding shelf that allows for different sized height foods/drinks which allows for flexibility. Middle drawer makes us sort fridge contents differently than before. Took me a little while to realize where everything was. Great purchase!

Love the look, function, and space of this fridge! The 2 different size ice cubes are perfect for my reusable water bottles. I love the pull out drawers. So much easier to get to than doors on the bottom. The auto refill water pitcher is fast and easy. Best fridge I have ever had!! Did I also mention that you can see fingerprints? ❤️

We love our new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with family hub. The ice maker is probably our favorite feature. It is quite the improvement over the older models. The entire refrigerator is so sleek with such clean lines.
