We exchanged it and this one seems to be okay. There are more things I don’t like than I do. Below is a list. Cons No handles makes it a pain to open Finger prints everywhere Ice scooping is annoying and loud from the bottom No actual control panel, you must use the smart hub or the app. The hub while pretty is useless Hub keeps suggesting a food list on foods it is improperly labeling from our fridge Ice in the freezer takes up valuable space Pros I love the water pitcher I love the look, very sleek and classy Love the deli drawer Love the beverage center and hidden water spout

The Family Hub is a really nice feature to this refrigerator. I'm still exploring and learning all of the perks to having the hub. The indoor water and ice maker is very nice as well.

The only down fall is the pitcher refill almost immediately stopped working. They came out to fix it and were not able to. Now I have to arrange a return.

Bldg management hasn’t fixed our water hookup yet so we don’t have ice, yet. We are working through the apps on the hub. But, we like what we’ve got.
