Very nice refrigerator. However, product is misleading/not clearly stated that it does not come with the panels aside from the door with the screen. At this price it should include everything.

One of the most fun and technologically advanced refrigerators I have ever owned. The thing we absolutely appreciate the most about it is when we forget what we need and we are at the store we can look on the app and look inside the fridge and see what we currently have so that we can figure out what we need. We also love the idea that this refrigerator will take the contents of the fridge and tell us what menus might work out for the food that we currently have on hand. Simply amazing. It truly works as advertised.

It's beautiful and elegant. The kids love the 2 different types of ice. Also take advantage of Samsung's rebate of extra glass panels.

The autofill water is great, as are the ice bites. Family loves the hub.

love the full water pitcher at all time, the ice is great as well. we probably should have skipped the family hub since its just another piece of technology to learn...and since Im old I don't adapt that easily. It is cool to play music from the fridge though. LOVE LOVE the black stainless with glass combo, it looks amazing with my other stainless and black appliances without having more stainless that I really don't care for!

We love the size and layout of this refrigerator. Having the Family Hub for recipes or just watching videos is an added bonus!

The best refrigerator I’ve ever owned. I LOVE the smart features and the ability to have my middle drawer be a refrigerator or freezer!

Beautiful refrigerator and so happy with the screen! We use it so much more than we thought we would. The doors stay reasonably clean considering the shine of the glass. So many thoughtful features like the variety of ice, the integrated ice scoop, the auto-filling pitcher and the many settings for the drawer One down side is limited fridge space for tall items… we solved this by removing one of the middle shelves

This is a very nice refrigerator and lives up to all the height. Unfortunately the picture is in is misleading and the fact that it does not come with three of the forefront panels.

This fridge is amazing. The smart hub is everything we wanted and more. The different ice sizes and the beverage center is a plus!

We purchased this fridge 23 months ago during a kitchen remodel and the compressor has completely died. We attempted to contact Samsung twice for a service call and they have not responded to our attempts. We were forced to have a local company come out. Total bill to repair is $1800 which is crazy considering cost of the this fridge to begin with. We paid about $4k 23 months ago. In additional the family hub screen locked up 3 months ago and does not work. We barely used it so we just dealt with the failure. Unfortunately a compressor failure can’t be ignored. Very poor product and overall quality. We will now be purchasing a middle of the road fridge from a different manufacturer. These will probably last longer and at least if they don’t, you don’t waste $4k in less than 2 years.

I am in LOVE with my new refrigerator. It is perfect.
