Why my daughter and my wife are very happy cooking with those very good recipes

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a refrigerator from Best Buy. I bought a brand-new refrigerator, but what I received was clearly refurbished and defective. To make matters worse, Best Buy sent me a defective device not once, but twice. This has been a terrible inconvenience, and the customer service throughout this process has been very poor. The delivery service was unacceptable as well. The driver used his dirty shoe on my kitchen towel to wipe up water he spilled and showed no professionalism. On top of that, the delivery team didn’t even know how to properly set up the refrigerator or explain how it works. Overall, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I am very displeased and frustrated with the quality of the product, the delivery process, and the lack of customer care.

We purchased this refrigerator about two months ago. We went on vacation only to come back home to a refrigerator that didn’t work anymore. We lost about $450 of new groceries and $400 of my wife’s medicine. Best Buy apologized for the inconvenience and ordered another. Three weeks later we received a new fridge, hopefully this one will last longer than two months.

This refrigerator is absolutely amazing !! It has lots of space and it makes very little noise. Its equipped with Alexa and youtube, and several other widgets including weather. The scrern can be customized with pictures and sleep mode among so many other cool features. My son loves that he can watch youtube while doing dishes and i enjoy my favorite music or podcasts while cooking. I can also explore recipes. It's cold water and ice maker are also great features. Not forgetting that the freezer section is also vety spacious There's so much functionality and fun to this refrigerator.

They answered all my questions, explained the features clearly, and made the buying process quick and easy. The refrigerator itself is sleek, spacious, and runs quietly — I absolutely love it! From the in-store experience to the delivery and setup, Best Buy delivered top-tier service every step of the way. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be back for future appliances. Highly recommend both the product and the store!

Love, love, love this frig! It’s soooo roomy inside, love the adjustable temperature flex drawer & 2 large capacity ice maker drawers in freezer w/ scoop! Looks super sleek with the dark glass on top, 2 stainless steel drawers on bottom & compliments my kitchen beautifully! Cleans super easy & with NO handles, have even more room. Our last Samsung we’d had 17 years & decided to put it in the garage after the ice maker built into the door of our previous frig broke again. We’ve read that was a common problem with in door front ice makers. This time, we opted for a water dispenser inside the frig & with an ice maker in freezer. The design of this frig is perfect. No longer am I spilling water, or ice on the floor trying to fill my glass! Bespoke has a generous design inside to accommodate different sizes of glasses / mugs, as well as a built-in, detachable water pitcher! Both the ice maker & water pitcher have automatic sensors to know when to refill. Best Buy had deep discounts over 4th of July, so we decided to purchase this Bespoke with a 5 year warranty, with the HUGE built in iPad! We chose to purchase the warranty, because ANY brand can have an unfortunate problem. We haven’t completely finished setting up all the capabilities of this iPad with its ability to use the cameras on the inside of your frig, to see what you have, to help with setting up shopping lists, & help with customized recipe plans, your photo gallery, etc. You can ask ALEXA anything … to play music, set timers, tell a joke, sync to your calendar events, ring doorbell, watch the news, dry erase board, YouTube, etc. This Bespoke is totally amazing in every way!!! Most people ASSUME a counter depth frig couldn’t possibly be big enough, or don’t know they exist. I think if more people utilized a counter depth, they’d realize how much prettier their kitchen looks & how much more room they have in their kitchen! This is the best one I’ve ever seen & used! NO hiding spots for anything to spoil & get forgotten about, it seriously is BIG enough inside! Best Buy Customer Service has been impeccable from Eric in the Bakersfield store to Christopher from Geek Squad! I received clear text messages, timely phone calls & frig arrived when promised. Everyone has been very professional! If you’re in the market for a new frig, you need to CHECK this one out!!!

We went with the Samsung Bespoke Counter-Depth French Door Fridge, and I’ve got to say, I really like it. I love the fact it has the screen on the front—it’s a slick feature and fun to use. I also like that we can swap out the colors of the panels anytime we want, which keeps things fresh if we ever want to change up the look. The middle drawer is one of my favorite parts too. Perfect for beverages or snacks, and you can control it separately, which is super handy. Now, the counter depth… this is where I’m torn. I love how it doesn’t stick out like our old fridge, and it makes the kitchen feel more open. But at the same time, it’s not as deep as a standard fridge, so some of my bigger pans don’t fit as easily. Definitely a trade-off. Best Buy delivered it, and the delivery crew was amazing. They took care of everything and made the whole process simple. Overall, I’m really happy with the fridge. It looks great, has some awesome features, and fits the space perfectly. Just know going in that you’ll give up a little depth for that clean counter look.

This is the best choice ..This Innovative ref has so many awesome features and i would recommend this ..I love that it has a secret pocket door for the water refill and it includes the pitcher and its bigger than i thougt.Love this Smart Ref

At first, we were concerned that a 29 cu. ft. model might not fit our kitchen space. But after researching, we found a 23 cu. ft. version that fits like a glove and still meets all our storage needs. Overall, I’m very pleased with this refrigerator. It’s stylish, functional, and smartly engineered to suit different lifestyles and spaces.

This is a great fridge, looks awesome and the size is perfect, love the beverage center and the touchscreen is very cool... Having said this there is a really bad chemical smell coming out from it, I will have to return and wait another month for a replacement... willing to give it another chance! Once the new fridge comes in with no smell it, my rating could definitely increase to 5 stars.

This refrigerator was such an upgrade from my previous one. I love the french doors and the beverage center on the left. The door's auto open feature is nice when your hands are full, but can be annoying if it activates when you didn't want it to (this feature can be turned off). The refrigerator is very sleek and offers many smart features that can be toggled on/off. Overall great buy.

This fridge has exceeded our expectations. The interface is simple to understand and our personal favorite touch is the double ice bin with two different types of ice. It also has a power freeze option that allows you to freeze items faster, or make ice faster if you run out. All of this wrapped up in a beautiful fridge. We got the white one and it goes perfectly with our kitchen look!

The refrigerator is beautiful and very modern but it seems that this model has some issues. We had it exchanged twice because the water dispenser dented came with factory issues, twice! But the third was the charm so is working great now. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars since we are happy with this product. The screen is helpful but could improve and have more apps like google maps

Loved the new refrigerator it's more than I expected. The only default is that the techs did not connect the waterline the good thing is that I still have a water dispenser. Fit perfectly in my kitchen and love the technology.

Amazing refrigerator! The screen is extra, but it is pretty cool. Very convenient to be able to handle all the settings on the screen. The color is a lighter black stainless color, and the glass doors are black and complement the metal look. The counter depth does limit the space a bit, and so does the separate deli drawer. That does make the space between the shelves shorter and limits the height of what you can put in.

This is the best purchase, I could have done. Im loving my new refrigerator my Samsung. Very spacious, the ice makes, water dispenser. I'm in love with my refrigerator.
