    This product is not worth the price we paid for it. Samsung is very difficult to deal with. I suggest if you purchase this refrigerator, purchase Geek Squad coverages largerest package. This is the second Samsung product we have purchased and it will be the last.

    The refrigerator is fantastic! We love it. It got cold super fast and we love the pitcher you can infuse water with and the two different ice shapes. Bigger than we thought it was going to be too. More than enough space for our family of three. Love the smart things feature and the ability to control and check temperature and ice machine. I am only giving it three stars because we bought it open box and the condition was considered “excellent” and there’s a huge dent in the freezer door that we know we didn’t cause. Luckily we want the white panels so we are requesting the free extra ones Samsung provides you so the dent won’t be there for long but unfortunate that Best Buy thinks excellent condition includes a dent the size of a golf ball. Also, fingerprints are very noticeable in the stainless steel so I recommend one of the color panels instead.

    Delivered with a damaged panel

    Delivered with a damaged panel and it's been a headache getting a new one. Best Buy sends out a third party to change out the panel but they didn't order a new panel or give one to the delivery guys. The delivery people aren't Geek Squad. Finger pants show up immediately.

    The entire experience was apocalyptic. Refrigerator never worked. I lost all my food. I had to clean the smelly mess all myself. Meanwhile fighting with best buy exercise some resolve. Long story short I purchased first week of Oct 2024 and they removed the DOA device today a month later.

    Great refrigerator! I understand the great reviews on Samsung bespoke products. Cool ice machine that puts out two types of ice. It’s great always having a pitcher of cold filtered water in the door too.

    This refrigerator makes a constant rattling or buzzing noise. Also the water pitcher will not autofill if it has the slightest condensation in the pitcher. The warranty is worthless as Samsung's service provider will not show up for their scheduled service appointments. Never buying Samsung again.

    So far the fridge is excellent. Enjoy the water pitcher with infuser. Only bummer is that it didn't come with the riser clips as advertised in the manual (only reason it's not a 5).

    Horrible customer service and professionalism. I had to reschedule 3 times to get my fridge installed. And it’s still not complete. Colored panels we ordered aren’t even available. The product itself is great. But so much headache to get it hooked up. I was in my new house for a week with my fridge just sitting in the garage waiting to be installed.

    We received our refrigerator and after it was hooked to water line, the filtered water picture began to over flow. Had to turn off ice maker as well. Still waiting on our replacement refrigerator. They did leave this unit until our new one comes in. The men that delivered went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

    good fridge sent a dented one then send another one with broken parts on the shelving. Best Buy getting sloppy no help on getting the replacement part

    Love this counter-depth refrigerator

    I like that the ice is inside the freezer section. It cuts down on freezer space, but there's still enough room for normal use, maybe too small for a family of 4+. 2 vegetable/cheese/meat chill drawers so nice. Room for cans/beverages in separate compartment with water pitcher. I also put my butter in here. The white glass is clean looking. I went with counter depth this time, which is really less obtrusive than regular fridge.
