Overall, I am pleased with this refrigerator. The refrigerator has plenty of space for groceries, and the AutoFill Water Pitcher is awesome. I like being able to quickly and easily refill my water pitcher without having to hold it under the dispenser. The two types of ice are also a great feature, and I appreciate having the option to choose between big cubes and small ones. The refrigerator's design is sleek and modern, and it fits well in my kitchen. The stainless steel finish is easy to clean and looks great. The only downside is the limited freezer space. However, this is not a huge deal as we will get an outside freezer to make up for it. I would recommend the Samsung BESPOKE refrigerator to anyone who has an extra freezer or plans to get one. It is a high-quality appliance that is both functional and stylish.

I bought this fridge for the water dispenser and large storage capacity and it’s been fantastic! The water had a slight plastic-y taste to it for the first few pitchers, but it tastes much better now that we’ve cycled it a few times. This fridge has been awesome!

Great fridge. Bought counter depth and love that it does not stick out past the counter. Measure correctly to avoid a return. The refillable water pitcher is the best.

Good product. I wish we bought the one with the water dispenser instead of just the pitcher but overall it’s great. Make sure you ask them to connect the water line because I forgot and had to do it myself.

Despite some apprehension on our part, this unit has worked flawlessly, No smell; everything has worked as expected for first 2 weeks!

This is great! was a little worried it would be too small but its the perfect fit in our new build. We love that its counter depth and looks so sleek and modern.

Beautiful! I loved my milkglass refrigerator. But it broke in two years. The Best Buy extended warranty service provided us with a prorated option for a replacement. The customer service people are lovely. The process for delivery and repair is THE WORST!!. Delayed and missed appointments recurring weekly for both the first delivery and the replacement. It takes months. Don't believe available dates on the website. I am still waiting, another delay.

I am on my 3rd unit in less than 3 months. The first one had a compressor issue and made noise. Really did not want to replace a part with a "new" refrigerator. The second had a bad water filter called Samsung and they wanted to charge me! Then contacted Best Buy and they sent me one. Now the gasket is bad and it leaks cold air. Will the 3rd time be the charm or strike out? Well see.

Best refrigerator/freezer I’ve ever bought Hands down

Refrigerator has the perfect space. We’re a family of 4 and everything fits perfectly and reachable.

This fridge only lasted us 6 months before breaking. Samsung sent service people out twice, taking 3 weeks before saying it was unfixable. Because the exact model we purchased with black panels wasn't available they refused to give us any other color and only to refund us. Because we purchased it on sale, all other options were hundreds of dollars more for the same unit just in a different color. Poor service with no flexibility, and no unit should die within 6 months. Would never get one of these again. But sure, its good looking I guess.
