Counter Depth was only option for our kitchen and I love to cook so I have a lot of food. Upgrading from our older fridge to this was a great decision. Functionality of space for fruits, veggies, etc. is the biggest difference. In my opinion, the models with the beverage center access door are more of a hassle.

Nice fridge with enough space for my husband and I. It has a sleek look and blends in well with our decor. We actually have the 3 door off white color. The only downfall wasI was not told I had to purchase the water filter and when I called I was given the run around. I still do not know which one to buy.

Norm Moss We absolutely love our new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. In the past we had nothing but problems with a refrigerator that had ice and water dispenser in the door. We had ice melting all the time and dripping onto the floor even with constant repairs. With the Bespoke model. They did there homework and put the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs. And water pitcher in the inside of the refrigerator door. We also love the easy cleaning of the glass exterior of the door. The install went very easy and the delivery crew was super!

Purchased this Samsung Refrigerator as part of a complete kitchen remodel project. Really like the clean exterior look and water pitcher feature. Overall design layout is good with excellent lighting and ice maker. This is the first time purchase of this model and after several months of ownership, I am pleased.

Very nice refrigerator ! Spacious, quiet and love the auto-fill water dispenser. Also great to have 2 kinds of ice. Love the clean streamline look. Purchased the White Glass with the Morning Blue Glass bottom panel.

I've had this refrigerator in my home for over two years now and I've been very happy with it. It is extremely quiet, very spacious inside, and I love the auto-fill water pitcher and ice maker. It also just looks really cool. The only mild complaint I have is that sometimes the refrigerator doors don't close all the way on their own. You have to give them a slight push to give them enough momentum to close. Not something you really need to do with any other refrigerator, but not much of a problem either. Customer service was very helpful in resolving a minor issue with the temperature settings when I first installed it and haven't had any issues with that since.

Works as a fridge should work - keeps things cold. Organization in the doors is nice with combo of depths and heights for flexibility. Two little bins on the bottom of the inside of each door are pretty useless though. Freezer is roomy but could use a little organization help. I'm ordering clear bins to aid in organizing and I think that will really help. The drawer is pretty square on the bottom so efficiently uses available space. Ice dispenser is nice but wish there was an option for just one size of ice. I just really don't use the little ice. One drawback of no handles is that fingerprints are visible with the door is touched. For two adults in the house, this is fine as we can wipe it daily. With lots of people and/or kids in a house, this may be a bit annoying.

Got this refrigerator today and was amazed at how quick it had gotten cold. Usually you need to wait 24 hours for it to be 100% at temperature but this only took about 2-3 hours. The bin locations and size are good so far. Split shelf is always a great idea for adjustability. The only thing I would tick it down a bit on would be the full width upper shelf. With both doors at full opening angle, the top shelf is impossible to get out of the fridge as it hits both doors. I've been selling appliances for nearly 15 years and still couldn't figure out how to get the shelf out all the way to clean it. Will continue to try and figure it out though. Last note, if the 6400 series is close on price when on sale, and available, I'd recommend spending the extra money for the showcase door model as it will also have the "internal dispenser" as well as the auto fill pitcher. Just my .02¢ as that was the model I wanted but it wasn't available in the time window I needed.

Love the sleek look and easy to clean doors. Water pitcher is super, it is easy to hold and refills very quickly. Wouldn’t change anything about this frig.

Although it’s counter depth, it has plenty of space. Very clean and sleek.

I love the refrigerator. The water pitcher refills quickly, so it’s not an issue filling multiple glasses of water. My children are able to write notes or draw on the glass doors with the dry erase marker. One minor issue is keeping the freezer draw open while accessing the ice tray.

I love this refrigerator. It has more than enough shelving, two shapes of ice, and the water pitcher is perfect. I wanted to get away from the external water dispenser. This is perfect! Ask the sales person if this model is available, since there was no floor model in the store.

What a great looking modern sleek refrigerator. Plus it has all the bells and whistles. I love the fact that it comes with an auto fill water pitcher. Plus you get two different types of ice in the freezer. What a great value.

Absolutely best fridge hands down… love the white glass doors that are so easy to keep clean… no more appliance fingerprints in my home!…. Food is easy to organize, love love my two sizes ice cubes abd water pitcher that we connected to our filtration system… a must have for my family!!
