Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase. There were some defects when this was first delivered, but a second delivery team came by a few days later and swapped it with another fridge. The second fridge arrived without similar defects and has been working well ever since. I think the aesthetic is pretty nice. After doing something in the sink or dealing with frozen packages, your hands can pick up some moisture. While the finger print resistance is decent, this moisture can still leave visible marks with right lighting/angles. But it's easy to wipe down, and it's not very noticeable from a distance. The photos I've attached both have the fingerprints, but it's not easy to see straight on. One of the shelves didn't fit quite right, but it's close enough. I've long forgotten about it until writing this review. I think there's plenty of space, though I tend to load up way more on frozen goods. I feel like more space could be utilized in the freezer, but it's not too bad. I have a separate dedicated freezer, so it's not a major concern for me. I wasn't sure how I'd like the "Beverage Center", but I found I do like the built in pitcher. Filling up water bottles is much quicker, and refills are colder than with dispensers. (that's dependent on using more than the storage capacity) I'd probably prefer a water dispenser on the outside, but I do enjoy the clean look.

I'm sometimes not easily impressed, but there is a lot to love about this fridge. I chose it for several reasons: 1) The swappable panels. I loved the idea of changing up the look if I wanted to down the road. Furthermore, should a panel get damage (see below), it can be replaced easily for a fraction of the cost of an entire refrigerator. 2) French door design is very nice to give you easy access to refrigerator, and the drawer freezer I like too. This format just works. 3) Beverage Center, I honestly could have probably lived without the beverage center, but it's a cool factor. What's better still? Even if you don't opt for the beverage center, you still get the really cool water pitcher! 4) Two Ice options - It's great to have two ice options and they're a scoop away, while keeping the front of the fridge sleek and modern. 5) Attraction design, looks really sharp in my new kitchen. The only disappointment was the Best Buy guys left the fridge a little too close to my counters, so it put a little chip and dent in one of the panels when both them and myself opened it the first few times, until I pulled it out, so that it would no longer hit. It's a lot of money to have a ding in your fridge, but thankfully I can replace the panel for $130, since it's the bespoke with interchangeable panels. I also felt this was the best value of the bespoke models. You don't really need the model with the flex drawer (unless you have a specific use case), and the 4 door flex model is nice, but starts to get expensive. In person, this model is just as beautiful, so I felt it was a great option. Overall, recommended fridge.

Our last refrigerator (we had for 11 years) was the standard old school side by side… but this sucker here is now the nicest thing we own. It’s beautiful. Fits in the exact same spot but somehow has twice as much storage. We went with the “no handles” which I like since I’m tall and broad, but my wife is still not sure we made right decision in the regard for handles… so there that. We’re a big water consuming family and this thing sports a self refilling pitching plus a big dispenser big enough for longer water bottles, and is probably my favorite thing about it. Only thing we felt duped on was the ice. It says Sonic ice implying the tiny ice people crush at Sonic drive in, but it’s not. They should just call it, “strange smaller than the normal cubes you’re used to ice” which would be more accurate. But yeah we like it and hope it lasts the next decade or so. Hope this helps. And yes… they asked for a review with $5 in Best Buy points as incentive. So there it is… full transparency. (insert smile emoji)

One of the things I like about my new Samsung is the way it opens. They designed it without handles on the outside. It’s the perfect refrigerator for me. No fuss with finger prints. A simple wipe down will do. It has lots of nooks and crannies to place items. Easy to reach the water container without opening the whole door. 2 doors in one. The water container fills up automatically when emptied so I never have to wait. Loving the Samsung. I’m very impressed with the new upgrades and features. Well done!

Features are fantastic and are user-friendly. Sleek adjustable design is convenient. Just be aware that since this model is counter-depth, it has a much smaller storage capacity than a standard fridge. So make sure about your grocery needs. But I highly recommend a Bespoke Model Samsung Fridge.

I have 3 samsung refrigerators in 3 homes. This is my least likeable one. PRO: There is minimal noise and it looks stylish. CONS: the beverage center door must be opened from below between the actual door and the freezer. I am 5'6 and feel like I need to put alot of effort into this to postion my arm reach lower. So may be if you are 5'2? the postioning of the lever would be great. Also the upper corners that come together are not perfectly aligned and we cannot seem to get them right. This refrigerator like the other Bespokes does not close on its own-- it has to be pushed closed, so if you have a young child not trained to close the door the alarm will be constantly on.

Excelent fridge! Im loving the dual ice maker, it made a full batch of ice within 24 hours of set up. The fridge got cold in less than 2 hours. Plenty or storage! The beverage center is a must. One note of caution the fridges width is on the larger side double check you dimensions.

Very happy with Samsung refrigerator. Glad we chose this model, it works out for our family. Love that the freezer drops two sizes of ice.

Doors show every finger prints and hard to wipe clean. Less freezer area than my old smaller refrigerator. But I like other features of refrigerator and beverage center

The sleek and clean look and functionality of this refrigerator is top tier. It doesn’t have the stainless steel interior as displayed on video reviews, but it is definitely a quality appliance. I’m not big on gimmicky screens that can easily look outdated over the years, so the smooth look and the hidden door that stores the water dispenser and pitcher. Grabbing ice from the freezer can take some getting used to, but it is in a convenient location and is always stocked with the proper amount of ice. Excellent purchase and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Quality Samsung product.

Love it so far! Had it for 3 weeks, Just seems to be a larger unit the way it's designed, even though it's the same size as replaced. Love the beverage center compartment and the 2 ice cube sizes. The shelves and drawers are very sturdy. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend!

So far, so good. The double ice trays at the bottom are awesome and produce ice quickly. Fridge sometimes makes funky, but quiet, squeak noises. I think it could be from the ice maker, but nothing major or concerning. One thing that we don’t like is that the internal, rotating strip connected to the beverage center door doesn’t always flip when closing. It’s suppose to restrict air from coming out, but if it isn’t triggered we can feel cold air leaking out. It’s annoying to have to keep checking that that part is working properly.

Adan and his partner Adan also were absolutely fabulous! They got my old refrigerator into the laundry room...it was a challenge! They also put the glass panels on my new refrigerator with no problems. They were absolutely wonderful and cleaned everything up. They did leave an allan wrench...I have it if they need it!!!! So pleased with this delivery.

Great refrigerator overall. But it’s awkward to reach down to the bottom of the door on the left to open up the beverage center. And there is not a handle to open that area on the top of the door. We really love the two different sizes of ice and love the auto refill cold water pitcher.

Great fridge, plenty of room for a counter depth and we love the drink station. No need to buy water bottles anymore.

Upgraded during Kitchen overhaul and designed our fridge space especially for this exact item. Ordered it in a package with range, microwave & fridge. Decided Samsung was the right brand and decided on our models so we just had to find the right deal. Contacted a couple large stores (not sure I can mention names but rhymes with Rows & the other one) Talked to some of my friends who had bought from the other places and was told by 2 that they had real issues with their units and had to deal with the manufacturer. Talked to Bestbuy and was told that was not an issue for me there. If there was a problem they would replace or repair no problem if I had their total tech. The rebates & money back for getting the package with total tech lowered the price of total tech by a lot, so once we did the numbers it made the most sense to buy from Bestbuy. The appliances were delivered on time and our house is not easy to haul large pieces in, but they brought them in and set them down so my contractors could install. The Fridge is beautiful. We haven't had an ice maker since our old one broke and we knew we would be upgrading everything. The moment we heard the first cubes hit the tray it was music. 2 different type cubes, steadily being made as they are used. The water jug in the door will save me having to buy bottled water for my coffee machine. Our water is hard and the filter on the jug system takes care of that. Once we got it plugged in and started up the fun of trying to figure out where all the drawers go began. They are wrapped in plastic and also in textured bags to protect them. Had I read the manual my time of putting the pieces where they belong would have been lessened, but I was impressed by the quality of the plastics. I did do the smarthings app and honestly its more gee than whiz. It will tell you to shut the door if it is left open, you can change your freezer and fridge settings but really, its not that big of a deal. Like I said, we'd upgraded from a scratch and dent fridge and this new one is night and day better. My hope is it lasts and doesn't give me any issues, but after having a code on the dishwasher I thought would require a replacement and how easy the tech people were over the issue I have no worries. This is a beautiful piece, I like not having door handles on it, learning how to open the outer door on the left is different, the freezer section is spacious and when set at 0 makes ice cream hard as a rock. might have to raise the temp there a bit. I recommend this one, if anything changes I'll revisit.

The fridge is very well built. It looks really nice in my kitchen compared to my old Maytag french door that was not counter depth. The fridge transformed my kitchen nicely. The delivery guys were very helpful Thank you.

This fridge is sturdy, quick ice maker, easy to connect to your phone and easy installation.

Solid fridge, works as expected and syncs nicely with the Samsung smart home app!
