Spacious, fits perfectly in our 'refrigerator space'; quiet and beautiful. We love the beverage/water center. Fingerprints on doors disappear easily.

Like the sleekness of the unit. The water pitcher and water spout are located inside of a concealed door. There is plenty of shelf space and extra storage drawers for produce. Very quiet.

I was drawn the the overall design of the refrigerator. With our old side by side, items were often pushed to the back and forgotten, but with the french door design it is easier to access contents of the refrigerator. I like the internal water dispenser and water pitcher, as they make is easier to get water from than from a traditional external water dispenser. I also like that the ice trays are easy to access and removable, which is an added bonus. I have had the refrigerator a month, and so far am pleased with the choice I made.

I have the big brother of this Bespoke at our primary residence and love it enough to put the smaller one in my second home. It takes a little getting used to the beverage center in the door but it is very efficient. The dual ice maker in the bottom freezer is far superior than any through the door ice dispenser which seems to break in every model. I love the sleek look and on the big brother I changed the door out to gray. That isn't offered but this comes in the white glass and I highly recommend the glass finish.

This refrigerator is amazing. We love the beverage center. Having the water pitcher filled with filtered water all the time is so convenient. The 2 sizes of ice cubes are also a nice addition. We are very happy with our purchase.

So far the frig is great seeing that it replaced an oversized side by side twenty year old frig that came with the home. It was delivered eleven days ago and the delivery guys did a good job bringing it up to the split level ranch kitchen making sure it was placed carefully in its place. The kitchen entrance opening was thirty inches wide enough space to get this counter depth frig in without removing its doors. It is working great and really quite compared to the old. Ice and water dispensers are fantastic. Wifi, open door alarm, digital controls to round off the technology. Also doors can be only opened at ninety degrees and all the crisper drawers still have clearance to pull fully out. Counter depth is all you need unless you have a mansion of a large kitchen.

We love this fridge! It is super modern and clean looking. The ice maker is amazing, we do not run out which is a big plus for a family of 6! The beverage center is our favorite feature. The pitcher is so great for filling up large water bottles. The counter depth is surprisingly large inside as well. I was a little nervous it would be too small, but it is a great size! 0 complaints, 0 issues! Just make sure you level the doors as the instructions say and all will be well. We could not be happier with this purchase!

This isn’t for a big family , but I do like it , I got it for the beverage center an I do love that part an the two different ice cubes, it doesn’t have a lot of room in the freezer so if you need a lot of room in that area I don’t recommend this , we have to have deep freeze to be able to have room , but we buy a lot of large things from Sam’s ,

Second one we purchased. We moved and within 3 days ordered this refrigerator again! Love the water and ice maker!

I like the handless doors it gives a clean look to it. The WiFi is handy especially for turning on/off the ice maker. The autofill pitcher comes in handy when you need more than a glass of water

8 repair visits, one warranty exchange, and a return on the new unit within 15 days. Failed to cool after a year and a half. They said it wasn't underwarranty but there was and addendum they over looked. After a month, two seperate tickets and 8 repair visits they authorized an exchange. New unit said it was at temp but my thermometer showed it rarely got below 40 degrees. returned for a whirlpool, installed today already at 34 degrees. Shame because I loved the the unit it self, 2 stars for seperate door/ snack area, water pitcher, and dual ice.

This is the first time we are buying an appliance and went ahead with Samsung bespoke. we loved it's sleek design and beverage center feature which gives easy access to soda and drinks. My kids loved the dual ice system which has cubed and normal ice trays easy to use and clean. We used the pitcher to store ice drinks. We even got extra panels to change the color and to give our kitchen a new look. Overall I would highly recommend it

Nice design. I really like the Beverage Center which is why I rated it a 4. Features that need improving, not all pull out open without having to open both doors. Doors on refrigerator don't close with a gentle push. You need to manually push them shut. Finally, looks good new, but the quality looks questionable for the long term.

OMGosh I LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!!!!! I am 70 years old active lady that needs space for produce and condiments. This unit delivers in spades PLUS the beverage center is amazing. Ice maker, amazing. Freezer space more than adequate - did I mention that I LOVE THIS FRIDGE?!?

From Delivery to instal was a breeze though they refuse to hook up a water line so don't bother purchasing an install other than that, the fridge is great and exactly what we need at this time handles being on top might begin to be a pain but is useable the beverage center is great always has water on hand just wish it heated water to

Like this refrigerator alot! Especially like the water pitcher that automatically refills so useful. Freezer seems a bit small if you have a large family however perfect for me

Love the size that exactly fits inside my small kitchen, I like the color and the no visible handles and on top of that, no visible water dispenser The people that delivered and install it, were professionals and very efficient when removing/installing the refrigerator

Very nice fridge. The design is very sleek. Love the buit-in carafe that auto-fills filtered water to have chill water always on the ready. It's a simple fridge, not the fanciest thing, but very effective. A little on the small side on the inside, but more than enough for our needs.
