Poor Customer Service

I went into the store to order a ventless machine but I was sent the vented machine on my delivery day. I had to deny the delivery. A week later, I received the right machine but the wrong size pedestal. I was on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes and did not get the issue resolved. Each person kept transferring to different departments with different issues. I finally gave up and I am returning this product when I get a chance to stop by the store. The process of trying to exchange the pedestal for the right size and organizing an installation date is ridiculous. This was my first time ordering an appliance from best buy. I will be returning the pedestal so I do not have to deal with the disorganization of this company.

The online ordering form only allows for processing one pedestal per order. Two separate orders presents a problem for delivery charges. For some odd reason, Home Depot had the same order processing error.

Bad Samsung experience!

Purchased one of each for my new bespoke washer and dryer. The one for dryer came damaged in shipping so not bestbuys or Samsungs fault. Then waited 1.5 weeks for the second replacement. Geek squad installed and noticed by manufacturer defect that a part that attaches drawer to rail is missing. Again I sit waiting another week for a replacement.
