    BAD COMMUNICATION AND VERY BAD MANAGEMENT

    VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.... WE HAD LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT ORDERED WITH PEDESTAL ALL AT ONCE SO THAT CAN BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED TOGETHER (NOT TO MENTION WE PAID FOR INSTALLATION)... BUT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION THEY COME UP AND DOES NOT BRING ALL THE STUFF FROM ONE ORDER AND THEN I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AND THEY AGIAN WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME JUST DROPPED OFF PEDESTAL SO I HAD TO KEEP ON CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN SO HAVE THEM COME OUT TO INSTALL....VERY POOR COMMUNICATION BY BEST BUY TEAM...VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

    Best Buy has no customer service!!! Good Luck trying to reach anyone by phone. No courtesy call waiting all day to find out items are on back order. No one in their stores of any authority to resolve issues. An absentee landlord that used to be an electronics giant. Expecting customers to pay monthly payments for items not received with no idea when they will arrive? Retail is truly dead!!!! Stores look empty and ransacked, understaffed and dead. Used to love going there, such a shame.

    Washer dryer combo pedestal

    Very bad product. It arrived already damaged. Only the top 4 corners have support or you can crush the unit if you don't align the washer directly entered when setting on top. My washer dryer combo is sitting on the floor without the pedestal.

    Cheaply made. Installation by Best Buy was difficult. Not on time, broke the water access.

    Very nice but will dent super easy.

    Beautiful but fragile. Ours came dented despite no outward damage to packaging. Both corners of the front drawer had a pressure impact dent. BB replaced for us no problem. The outside material on these is very thin and will dent/damage super easy.

    I bought two pedestals and both were dented. The dents were on the sides so I kept them. I tried to call Best Buy to report this but there was a 15 minute wait time on hold. I didn’t want to lug them back.

    Terrible Expierence

    Purchased two pedestals for My Samsung washer and dryer. it was to be installed and was notified on the day of delivery that they were going to leave it at the front door. I called in immediately and said cancel the order, If it’s not going to be installed, she said she cannot cancel it. I called to speak to the store manager could not get through. When I called back, I spoke to Carlos at customer delivery supposedly my concierge. He said he spoke to the truck after putting me on hold and they were going to install it out of the goodness of their heart. Three hours later the pedestals arrived. I asked, were they going to be installed? The driver said he doesn’t speak English And the other person who was with him said they were not installing and had no idea ablut the installation. I refused the product because of the size I don’t have the type of vehicle where I can take the product and bring it back to the store. After spending almost $7500 in the last year at Best Buy I guess they don’t need my business anymore. Very disappointed.! Don’t lie to your customers.!
