This is a very well thought out designed refrigerator. In the pasti have had a side by side, or French door with a drawer at the bottom for freezer items. Neither of these were quite right. The side by side didn't offer enough space for larger items and the freezer drawer always had items stacked on top of each other which made it hard to see what was in there. This samsung bespoke quad door is the perfect solution! First the overall cu foot space is incredible!! In the last we got counter depth but this time we opted for standard depth. That definitely makes a big difference in the amount of space you have! And the double freezer doors open up to shelves on the sides of the doors, shelves in the freezer along with 2 HUGE freezer drawers!! I can store everything i need and still have leftover room for more items. And the best part is the design of the freezer makes it so easy to see what i have available without having to "dig" through items. It's all displayed neatly for me to see a soon as i open the doors. The beverage center is another plus! Not only does it make 2 different size ice cubes, you also get the ice scoop! Not a big item but the little things show the thought put into this fridge. And there is a water pitcher inside the left top fridge door. You just hit the latch under the door and the door opens within a door to display your water pitcher and a dispenser that dispenses cold water in a cup or glass of your choice. The water pitcher has an infuser inside the pitcher for you to have flavored waters. I've cut up Cucumbers for Cucumber water, and lemons for lemon water. You be the judge and add whatever you would like! The exterior of the fridge is a clean looking surface with no outside handles. They are recessed under each door. The finish we have is stainless steel and cleaning it is a breeze! You can also get different colored panels for the front of the fridge to change the look. You can mix and match fur a retro look! I haven't done that yet but i am planning on it. You can control the settings from the app on your phone. It is the easiest thing to do! This samsung 29 cu ft bespoke refrigerator is truly the best design! I absolutely love it!!

We purchased two of these fridge/freezers for a kitchen in an office space and we appreciate the clean lines, modern finish, internal cold water options, ice cube options, and flex option for lower right portion. This model is great for our office needs!

I like the fridge, but Samsung (and all other companies who provide operating instructions) need to do a much better job at providing instructions for the consumer. The ‘user manual’ that came with this Bespoke fridge only had installation instructions & troubleshooting information. There should also be instructions (however simple) on how to manage the control panel, i.e., how to change flex section from freezer to fridge and the fact that you have to use control panel to turn on automatic pitcher refill. Also, one of the front panels had a scratch. Better quality control needs to be implemented to ensure customers get a pristine product delivered to their home. Unfortunately, today, workers aren’t so concerned with how they treat the products prior to packaging.

I really like most things about this refrigerator. I love the beverage center where you can pull out the pitcher of water and then it automatically refills when you close the door. The thing I most dislike are all the fingerprints.

Love the fridge. Easy to install. Even installed our water supply with the new kit. Filter is easy to swap out and the water tastes fantastic! We love best buy and being a total member. The item recently went on sale and we were granted a refund of the sale difference and the new promotional item. Worth 5 stars plus. Would recommend the fridge and total member to everyone. Our previous fridge didnt last a year and we had no warranty.

This refrigerator is perfect for my family. Even my 93-year-old father loves it and understands many of its features. The beverage center is used many times a day and is awesome to have for clean, filtered water. I really love the door alarm and the fact that I can control fridge features from my phone. A modern marvel!

We love our refrigerator we got from Best Buy. We have had two homes that got full kitchen remodeling jobs with all new appliances from Best Buy and we were very pleased with the price, product and warranties. We have sold both homes and in the process of moving, come next year we are excited to purchase another home knowing we will have Best Buy by our side if we should need them. Thanks Best Buy

A huge amount of space and I love not having handles on the front because it keeps a clean look overall. The water pitcher inside has turned out to be incredibly useful for rapidly filling water bottles for us and the kids.

In general it's a well made and useful fridge. Issues: lack of isolation for meats and vegetables in the refrigerator section. In the freezer we'd like the ice cube trays and the two different types of ice cubes it makes but we don't like the rather flimsy plastic bins. The built-in water pitcher we found to be very useful for pouring just a picture of water quickly or filling the coffee machine.

excellent fridge! love it so far. if i had to say anything bad it would be that the nugget ice is not worth the hassle... just make the larger ice cube tray bigger and do away with the nugget ice. the nugget ice literally melts instantly and then you need more ice in the cup

I had a Samsung f4 door flex Frenc door refrigerator for 2 years and then we moved. The refrigerator in the new home just didn't meet up near to what I was use to. I bought this Samsung -Bespke 29 cu.ft. 4 Door Flex French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Cent - Stainless Steel over Labor Day weekend. It was delivered on Tuesday the day after Labor Day. I absolutely love it. I love the ice maker - 2 kinds of cubes, the beverage center which is wonderful. The feature I like most on my old one is also on this one....the flex section. You can set that to be a freezer, refrigerator with different temps for veg/fruits or meat/seafood, wine cooler. I always have a lot of vegetables and fruit. This is a perfect refrigerator. The flex can be set on temps that are especially good for vegetables. This refrigerator has plenty of room so you can entertain and put trays of food with ease into it. Great for Thanksgiving but also daily use. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Second Samsung fridge in 3 years. The previous same version of the fridge broke down. So the reason for the 4 stars. Samsung made it right though. Fingers crossed this new one last much longer 3 years.

This is by far the best and our most favorite refrigerator purchase. There is so much room inside and the beverage center is a 10+. Water bottles are so easy to fill up and the water pitcher refills itself after using.

The flexibility of the bottom compartment is a nice feature. Best feature is the filtered pitch of water to quickly fill cups. Nice to have availability of two sizes of ice and amp ice.

True 4 door with a flex segment. Allows a lot of variety in use. Freezer is limited in size based on ice area so if you use a lot of frozen it may be a challenge but works perfect for focus on fresh foods.

The refrigerator is exactly what we wanted. Works perfectly. We did extensive research on the product we wanted and this is the best choice for our needs. The delivery process was less than ideal. They damaged the unit during the 4 hour period in which it took to remove the old unit and install the new unit. And they left off the two lower door hinge bushings which I have ordered but are on back order from Samsung. I did find one of the bushings in the grass outside of our home and was able to install it. Best Buy was generous in compensating me for the trouble. I am giving them a 5 star in overall handling the my purchase and I am satisfied yet wary about the delivery program.
