    Product is perfectly fine but Bestbuy customer service and installation is terrible Do not buy your expensive equipment from Bestbuy If you have issue with it then you will be on the phone all the time And none of their representatives have any solution for you All they do is escalate it every time you call them I had issues with installation 4 weeks ago and I told them straight away But they are still escalating after 4 weeks

    Frustrating nonprofessional service, disappointed.

    There 2 delivery man came and they took down new refrigerator from the truck but it was not delivered.They came to my home and plugged the refrigerator after that went truck and bring the refrigerator front doors top 2 part . They fixed that but problem showed up again.They leave the home take back that new refrigerator without my concern.Its not professional.But unfortunately system shows they delivered the refrigerator.Its a frustrating.Technician come today after one week.Still problem is not solved.Last 2 week without refrigeration life!!! I paid almost $4500 and it's not working.As a member don't like to say goodbye best buy!

    Great refrigerator but Family Hub falls short

    Love this one by far the best compared to all the ones that I have used before. And my immediately previous one was a $4K LG counter depth. I got a non counter depth this time and it is so much better. I will never go back unless I am ready for a humongous Thermador that costs $20K. I like the Family Hub but it does fall short of being the one. I like the YouTube, calendar (as I can link with Google calendar for family use) and web browser. But the limitations prevents me from really using it for real. It lacks support for an Apple user not only because it does not have the apps, e.g., Music, Notes, etc, but its limited browser does not allow access to iCloud where the apps are. I really cannot use it for family shared reminders and shopping lists for this reason. And its browser is really slow. If they can include a full and speedy browser and ability to make each site as a widget, I think that alone will make this a great buy. I was not able to find these detailed shortfalls anywhere on internet. Hopefully, this helps some who's considering this refrigerator. If I had to do it again, I will still buy this but knowing I can't really use the Family Hub as intended.

    This fridge is absolutely beautiful. Not only that but a lot of space and I can easily fit all my grocieres without everything being too clustered. Also the touch screen is really nice and I love playing music or writing notes.

    We only had this refrigerator for 1 month. We love the automatic doors. We love the separate ice compartment. It has plenty of space. Easy to clean glass doors. My husband love the separate water compartment and the water pitcher is our favorite.

    Love this refrigerator. It works great. Love no ice outside the door. Really love the water pitcher in the little door! Game changer no water dripping all over. We use 3 sections as refrigerator and only one as a freezer as we have an additional freezer in the home! We use the screen for everything. Family hub is true!

    I wish there was a way to test this thing out before buying. I have the previous 4 door with the screen and there are only a few things with the Bespoke i would consider as upgrades. Screen size, brightness and looks are upgrades. Downgrades, when you approach the screen is dark or screen saver is on. You have to tap twice to see the clock or anythingelse. It dispenses room temperature water that's also at a lower pressurethan the previous. To retrieve ice you have to tilt the scoop and pull the tray or you risk the scoop striking the top area. The cameras completely stopped working not even a week after purchase, I was already too tired of setting up repairs because of the previous one so i left it alone, a week and a half later or so they miraculously resumed operation. This thing decides on its own what apps to delete and what to retain. Alexa pops up without being summoned, the words mentioned at the time aren't even close to the name, had to turn it off. The flex zone doesn't get as cold as the previous one on the same settings.

    Absolutely love my Bespoke refrigerator! This fridge completely transformed my kitchen.     I've had this for about a month. Functionality is great, love the Water Station. The screen is the only disappointment. For a company like Samsung that makes a screen that is so limited is a shame. I cant download apps to automate the house, I cant drop in with Alexa, the screen at this point is good for one thing, watching Deal or no Deal. I have used it for recipes, I cant see whats in the fridge, only whats on my door shelves, and the AI is very limited, it sees what I am putting in and takimg out, but I feel like there is more potential. Hopefully Samsung updates it to make it more productive. Service wise, Steve Romano from Palm Beach is an appliance guru, and the guys who delivered and installed it were exceptional.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but I am so blown away with this refrigerator that I felt the need to. Beverage center is amazing and incredibly useful, ice maker actually works, unlike my previous Samsung fridge. Having the ability one section a freezer or fridge is very helpful. Love everything

    Love it. The four door makes it easy accessible to every part of the fridge. The screen is easy to use and we can connect to all our Samsung appliances. My 6 year old can finally get her ice cream without struggling.
