I bought this fridge for my wife on her birthday and I probably love it more than she does. The AI features are awesome and it has massive space as well. I got the full depth with the large tablet and it has become the focal point of her kitchen. She has all samsung products so its fits into her ecosystem and pairs with google home so we can adjust other smart devices to it as well. If you own a samsung phone or other appliances, its almost a no brainer to get

OMG! SIMPLY AMAZING! The AI family hub is a game changer and entertaining. The beverage center is top notch, the filter make the water refreshing and the keeps your food fresh. I enjoy answering my ring door bell and listening to music on the refrigerator.

Absolutely wonderful! Just what we needed. Fits to a tee. Love the HUB feature. Ice maker is a great addition as well. Even so, we can write on the panels too. Love it!!! Great for a family. Love the camera and all the apps too!

Do not buy this refrigerator, you will be sorry. Biggest waste of money in my lifetime. What Samsung doesn’t want to tell you about these refrigerators is that they have a internal water leak problem. Every few days you will have water on the floor and front of your refrigerator. You will have to mop out the basins underneath the vegetable drawers. I am sure Samsung is aware of this problem, if you do a search, you will find many others having the same issue. We inquired for Samsung to repair the issue and it is a minimum $500 service call.

I just had my refrigerator delivered this morning. The delivery guys were awesome, I was worried about getting it through the door, there were no issues they made it look easy. The fridge is everything I expected. I love the four doors: that's my favorite part. So far, I don't see anything I don't like about this. It's beautiful and goes perfect in my kitchen. We also purchased the matching stove. :)

our family is loving the new fridge, the beverage station and 2 ice trays are top features they like. I like the sliding freezer trays.

Finally, the smart product I was waiting for. Love the screen and ease of using it. Great capacity for a big family and lots of food.

Love the fridge, however the delivery was a disaster, had a promised time and text “on the way, be there in 17 minutes” then never showed. When I called several hours later to find out why (tried to give them some grace due to our location), the excuse given was the product was “damaged” and would need to be reordered and would not be able to be rescheduled for another week. We were only informed of this because I had to call customer service to find out why the fridge was missing. My spouse missed 2 days of work due to the delivery team’s lack of communication and inability to give a dedicated time of delivery, the promise was initially 7a-7p for the selected day.
