Works great! So far no issues only disadvantage which is not a big deal is that it does not have a cheese tray… other than that is so easy to maintain and organize. Flex zone is a plus

Been very happy with fridge. Everything has a place and everything is visible. Really prefer the vertical freezer vs a pull out pit where everything disappers. Kids really enjoy drawing pictures and saving their digital art on fridge interface.

Beautiful unit. Functioning well our first month. The open ice tray will take some getting used to. Should be a better long-term experience than my last Samsung which had the icemaker mounted in the refrigerator - nightmare! I have high hopes for buying my second Samsung.

so far so good its going to take awhile to learn everything about this fancy fridge.

Has its own issues.. the water filter is not that great. Tested the water from the refrigerator and found the tds is not all effective.. and effectiveness is like any other ordinary refrigerator... Paying so High price just for the screen is also not making any sense to me now. I would have brought a bigger smart television. That's just my view..

Customer service was great: Anthony and Dante was very helpful in facilitating the purchase and delivery of this appliance. As for the appliance itself.It seems to be a nice refrigerator. I like the technology it offers and the sleek look in the kitchen. However, the very next day after it was delivered, I noticed over frosting on the door and sides of the freezer. I found out it was a sealing issue.Best buy sent out someone to fix the problem.Everything else seems to be working great.

I am doing home renovations to update my home. I purchased the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. I love the clean look and upgraded technology of the appliances.

Loving the fridge so far. I am in love with the tech. Here are some occasional glitches with the screen, but that can be expected. It’s keeps the food cold, love the ice variety and I love that the ice maker is in the freezer instead of in the fridge. I use the picture feature to display our family photos and it is a conversation piece in the kitchen now.

I love the beverage door and having cold water Everytime I go to the fridge. I like that we use the flex space for an extra beverage space which works well for the kids to access. The family hub is great.
