I love this way more than I thought I would. Kids went bonkers over the tablet features (memos with voice recording, YouTube, artwork screensaver and Alexa integration to name a few) and we love the fact this thing has everything you could ever want or need in a refrigerator. It is huge, has tons of options with the adjustable shelves, beverage center, dual ice maker and flex zone that we are using for beverages and snacks. So far, so good!

1. Measure the target space (door extends up 3" above top 2. Doorway into house measurements (fridge doors can be removed) 3. Lots of unpacking for drawers and shelves 4. understand the fridge/freezer best settings 5. There is no user software guide which might be challenging. 6. have the delivery team help you with base settings All-in-all, highly recommended and well worth the investment

item was mislabeled as a full size fridge but was actually counter depth fridge when i checked the meadurments. i tried to make delivery team take it back immediately on delivery after getting in the house and they refused stating call bestbuy to reschedule a pick up. i have called best buy twice setting up two dif pickups first one they said no one answered the door second time they showed up with a truck that had no room for the fridge and again i was told. call best buy to reschedule . now their help line is saying their systems wont allow them to reschedule a pickup alk the while the everyday the return window deadline gets closer and closer… horrible horrible experience overall never again.

Love this fridge. Love it. We use the flex door as a fridge as we have separate freezers. The beverage center is great. Love having cold filtered water always ready. We use for pets, coffee, etc. A feature no other fridges have. Only issue? Delivery...they dented a front panel and scratched the floor. Still waiting on Best Buy on that. Not good there.

Great refrigerator. I love all the features. The redesigned screen is huge. The screen is so big that at times you accidentally touch it when opening and closing the door. Not a huge issue, just need to be careful or back out of whatever you selected of accident. The redesign of the ice maker seems to be working better than the old in door model that I use to own. The smart hub is great for families that share a google calendar (we use this all the time). Overall great refrigerator, love it so far.

This refrigerator is great and spacious. It has all the goodies and tech that I need. Best refrigerator that I ever owned. Samsung is the best. Wont regret it if you buy. The cool part is the ice maker. It makes 2 different ice cubes and also in the fourth door you can change it to a freezer or part of the fridge. Awesome product.

This is the best Frig. on this side of Heaven. The appearance is great, and smart in all its controls. Very spacious to store your food. I can appreciate the entertainment part of it as well as the bluish led lighting inside of it. This refrigerator is fancy and very good quality!

This refrigerator sets the gold star standard. The beverage center is convenient, the shelves are spacious and adjustable, the lower flex door/compartment makes this a versatile fridge for any family. Oh - and Family Hub: incredible. This is our second fridge with FamHub. When searching for a new refrigerator, I refused to buy one without FamHub!

So far so good. I had an older model Samsung smart family hub refrigerator before this one an only lasted 7 years. Hope I have better luck with this one as they are pretty expensive!

Fridge looks great in the kitchen, the screen with all the apps is a game changer. So much room in the fridge and the beverage center is very cool.

We haven’t had it very long but like it. The grandkids come over and watch tv on it also. Our old refrigerator had the big drawer and food would get stuck behind it or the kids would not close it properly so we like the door design better and you can see your stuff much better. The only flaw I don’t like so far is is if you don’t push the ice up it can fall down in the drawer but it’s easy to grab and disgusted.

Family and I are enjoying this great addition to our union. The family hub has features for all members to experience. We have downloaded over 400 photos to be displayed as a slide show. Watch TV, listen to music, access the internet, see what's in the fridge from the outside via mobile phones and/or touch or voice command. Too many functions to list. Thank you Best Buy and Samsung.

Despite the cost, definitely a fridge worthwhile to spend the money on. So much versatility, lots of options, quiet.

Love the new fridge and the big screen, only thing I wish it was fingerprint free

Fridge is awesome. I had never previously had a smart fridge before so this was a first. You have a camera on the inside so you can check up on items in the fridge without even opening it. It’s a Samsung product so it has a lot of Samsung specific apps. They also have Spotify available (only thing I wish, is that they would have Apple Music available).

Wow, Loving the refrigerator. This is one of the greatest purchase I ever made on the refrigerator  if you have the money, you will not regret it
