This fridge is the best purchase I've made all year!! The Family Hub screen has been a game-changer for our family of 7. We have our calendar synced so everyone knows our busy schedule, we have chore lists on display so the kids can check off their tasks, we play music on it every morning, and so many more perks. The fridge itself functions very well, it gets cold fast, the water pitcher is so convenient, we love the small ice pellets, & it is very roomy. So many pros! As far as cons, the only thing I can think of is that there aren't a lot of ledges for moving the shelves higher/lower to create a variety of options for shelf placement. We were able to arrange them just perfectly to fit our needs though so it is not a big problem.

This refrigerator has exceeded my expectations in both design and performance. The cooling is consistent, the compartments are thoughtfully laid out, and the build quality feels very solid. It runs quietly, offers plenty of storage, and the freezer is spacious enough for bulk items. The energy efficiency is also noticeable, which makes it a cost-effective investment. Overall, an excellent appliance that combines functionality with style. Best fridge I’ve owned stylish, practical, and super reliable.

Cool fridge and easy to use, we could control most if the stuffs from the phone. AI vision sometimes doesnt detect some food stuffs but most of the time it does. Fridge is good but the display app i would say a 3 star. The sound of the display is mono stereo so we will be annoyed with it while playing songs on it. I could link most of the smart devices to the fridge even though Some of the apps have a lag like my thermostat. Altogether fridge is great but the display a 3 star

This is a beautiful fridge. It was just delivered today so still figuring it out, but so far so good. It has some great features and we will not miss the external water/ice dispenser we had on our last fridge. The beverage center water pitcher is always full & has a little infuser cup if you are so inclined. This looks sleek in our kitchen with the other Bespoke appliances we bought & I love the auto open door & the flex zone drawer that has 5 temp settings including "soft freeze". Also, regular ice AND "ice bites" ..can't wait!

It was one of the best choices we made, we were looking for a refrigerator that was modern and at the same time spacious, because we had children at home the space was our biggest concern, smart refrigerator, I can control it remotely with an app on my cell phone, quick cooling mode for when we put something at room temperature, large freezer, large screen with several usage options, such as YouTube, recipe app, app to make drawings and collage photos that I really love to use with my son among many others. The only thing left to be desired is that the ice machine only fills a little less than half of the storage containers, both large and small cubes, but it's not something that's a big problem! We absolutely love our refrigerator <3 !

The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is One word - Awesome. I love the space that we have inside. The family hub is a great addition. It keeps our family on schedule. I would recommend this refrigerator.

One of the best refrigerators so far. I love the jug apartment, the screen that captures everything you put in and take out of fridge, and self opening doors.

I have seen the future and it is the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerators!! This refrigerator is amazing!! I have never actually grabbed a stool and sat down in front of one just to "play" with it!! The AI functionality of seeing what goes in and out, being able to open it with your voice by saying "open fridge door", the smart things integration doing my oven settings on it then sending to the oven is great!!

Purchased and had it delivered. Deleey guy deopped the front end hard. Whether or not that caused isses, im not sure but the freezer door was hard to open, and the water dispenser door would not open, at all. Returned, and was delivered a 2nd one which works great. It does have a minor issue with the shelf that slides back, but Samsung customer care is sending a new shelf. Love it! The water pitcher auto fill is amazing, no more waiting for bottles to fill.

Beautiful fridge with lots of well thought out uses of space. The drink center and snack areas are very unique with the ability to adjust temp in snack drawer. The screen is an interesting addition that seems like it has potential, but it is limited to the apps that Samsung has included. There is no app store which limits u to the scope Samsung has decided on! Including the use of Samsung voice service Bixby or Alexa. Google assistant (which we happen to use) is no where to be found.

I'll start to say that I didn't went to the store to buy this referigerator, however the seller pictured it to us as a great refrigerator and we were indeed attracted to features like the touch on screen and the option to use the drawer as refrigerator or freezer. The seller told us that the we can intalled ourselves because we only had to connect it to the water. Well some days after the first month in the house, the refrigerator aleady had a huge leaking of water coming from the inside of the front panel that we solved purselves by turning off the water so no more ice or water from our new refrigerator. We paid for the Best Buy 3 years warranty just be told that the refrigerator is under the Samsung warranty for the first year. We call Samsung to order a repair and we were asked so many questions including having to check with picture if the refrigerator was "level" and suggesting that we may have to pay for some repairs for wich the lady had to listen to me, seriously!#. Now, the touch up screen stopped working and we went to the store looking for asistance, but the 'manager" Lilly from the Killeen, TX store, didn't even care to talk with us at least to listen and present us with alternatives. We obiously got a defective and expensive appliance that hopefully Samsung would either fix or replace. At this moment and facing many issues, I don't recommend this refrigerator at all. To Best Buy, you guys can do better. I paid for membership and extended warranty just to be ignored and not listened on my concerns. I have a great purchase history with this company, but this may be my last one.
