Love this fridge! Very advanced a little hard to learn but still really nice!

I had the bad luck of buying this refrigerator. It originally arrived with a problem on one of the doors, and Best Buy replaced it with a new one. However, the second unit had the door in perfect condition, but the ice maker didn’t work. After five Samsung technician visits trying to fix it, things only got worse — now the entire freezer doesn’t work and all my food went bad. To make things worse, this refrigerator is out of stock and cannot be replaced for another two months (maybe). I really loved its design, and I would truly like to receive one that actually works, since there is no other refrigerator on the market with this type of screen and design (at least none that I know of).

The whole reason I made this purchase was to have wifi and AI included with a nice big touch screen, it's been a week now and I've exausted every wifi connection possibility. I spoke with both samsung several times and internet provider and both it seams are blaming each other, I even purchased wifi extenders and placed through out the house increasing the signal strength, and still the unit will not connect to wifi, I have a separate Hotspot for traveling I use for laptop, I did try connecting unit and it did connect briefly but unit cuts out all the time. Short of changing internet providers from Optimum to maybe verizon as a possible remedy I'm not sure what else to do aside from sending unit back to bestbuy for exchange.

We are pleased with our purchase. From the room & organization to the technical features like keeping track of what's available and making a shopping list. This was worth the purchase.

I Purchased on 9/1/25 its now 12/17/25. The freezer is not working properly. It no longer is making ice and I had to go through the confusing steps of getting a service call which will take two days. That is a shame for how much you pay. Not happy at all appliance should last longer than 3 months.

The Samsung Bespoke fridge is cool because you can change the way it looks — like picking different colors or finishes for the doors to match your kitchen. You can even add more sections later if you need more space. It has smart features too, so you can control the temperature or get alerts from your phone. One section can switch between fridge or freezer, depending on what you need. It also makes two kinds of ice, runs quietly, and uses less energy than my last. Basically, it’s a fancy fridge that looks good, does a lot, and can grow with you.

So far it is really good. large with lots of room. still learning the touch screen. some things it does can be annoying. it makes a lot of noises and not sure yet how to turn them off. the top shelf of the freezer always opens when you open the freezer. most of our stuff is in the bottom so we have to close the top part first. not a big deal but I would rather the top shelf be closed.

It’s basically a massive touchscreen that could do everything your phone can but it’s your refrigerator stream video pull up news view recipes make a shopping list and it even gives you ideas of what to cook based on what’s inside your fridge not to mention it has a separate door where you can get water and fills up a picture automatically complete genius idea And the ice is where it belongs in the freezer makes two different types. Got the five-year warranty so I’m covered for a while even though it’s a ton of electronics I’m covered so I’m good easy set up looks great.

We can do many things such as notifications what to purchase, note to family members, the most conviniant is water jug, no need to fill the jug.the ice maker is outstanding. Very well spacious. The water line to the top of the left door was leaking at the inline gasket and the screen went out after about a week, but it continued to keep everything cool and it was replaced after a week. The capacity and technical features are nice, although bixby is pretty lackluster for an AI model. Not a huge fan of the inner door storage, but the beverage station is AMAZING. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Definitely gets a lot of finger prints. Make sure to balance it with the provided plastic ramps so the automatic doors are able to open properly.
