So far I absolutely love this fridge! It has so much room, the screen is awesome to use when I'm going off a recipe or just want to be entertained while I'm cooking. The ice maker is amazing with the 2 ice sizes, and it's so easy to use all the functions, even for the kids.

Beautiful, modern, sleek, keeps everything cold, and has some cool features. This is actually the second one I got, as an exchange, due to the first one not working properly. It was a big problem, but Best Buy made an exchange easily. The second one works great.

The Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator in White Glass looks great and offers a ton of space for groceries. While the smart features are impressive, they might feel a bit much if you’re just looking for a straightforward fridge. The touchscreen can also be a little slow at times. Overall, it’s a great-looking refrigerator with a lot of room and a few high-tech extras. If you enjoy connected home gadgets, this might be a good fit—just be ready for a little learning curve.

We’re very happy with our new Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. fridge! It looks sleek and modern, fits perfectly in our kitchen, and offers great functionality with plenty of space and smart organization. The sales and installation teams were also fantastic—professional, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I think this is a cool fridge that's definitely taken the center of attention in my kitchen. I think that it does what it supposed to well enough but I think that the flex drawer should be able to be made into a freezer not just "soft freeze" which is 23 degrees. Additionaly the auto open feature randomly opens the fridge without anyone around it, lastly the flow/speed of the water dispenser is PAINFULLY slow I have no idea how there no complaints about this!! Lastly, I think they could make the fridge shelves a little longer so that they could reach the door storage, otherwise there's just unused/wasted space.

I found this refrigerator an amazing product and the best refrigerator currently available in the market. Its super advanced smart features makes it outstanding among the rest. Big touch screen of this refrigerator is one of the key highlights, AI vision camera, automatic door open features makes it really exceptional! It has in built water filter which dispenses cool and filtered water and auto refill of the water jar inside makes this feature really awesome! I would high recommend this refrigerator who wants to add smart home appliances in their home!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this refrigerator deserves one. First, the look. The Charcoal Glass & Black/Charcoal finish is beautiful in person. The space and organization are a huge win. There is so much room, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The 4-door layout actually makes life easier I can separate produce, drinks, snacks, and freezer items without digging around. Performance-wise, it’s quiet and keeps everything evenly cold. Overall, this refrigerator feels thoughtfully designed, not just fancy for the sake of being fancy. It’s practical, beautiful. It’s a big purchase, but for us, it’s been 100% worth it.

Have had this about 2 weeks. I LOVE it...cautiously! I'm so nervous about something breaking down but so far everything has been great including delivery and set up. The only issue I have had is staying connected to the family hub app. If you have teens just be ready bc they will figure ut how to game on there and you will have a group of 5 sitting around with all of their finger prints all over it. Might think about the AI bespoke washer dyer combo next! Will update if any problems occur.

Excellent product so far. We have had it for a week and it has top notch features and it’s so fun to use. Very spacious and the smart features really are a game changer.

the refrigerator set up maximizes all space, has pitcher water as well as water dispenser, keeps track of all food in and out so you know when you need to hit the store without looking, two sizes of ice and can adjust rate if having people over to prevent running out of ice at parties, the sensor on fridge to auto open is very nice and will help the door last and comes with all of the state of the art tech so can leave notes, look up recipes, and much more that is above and beyond what I need and the price is great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this refrigerator! When I started shopping for a new fridge, I really was not interested in one with ALL the bells & whistles….touch screen, AI, wi-fi, streaming, calendars, etc. BUT, I fell for this fridge…the beverage center is utilized by my family multiple times a day and the ice maker is fantastic & makes 2 types of ice to match everyone’s preferences. And, on to the TECH…Bixby is a cool voice activated feature, the morning weather & news updates are great to catch up while making my morning coffee, the calendar feature allows for everyone to keep up with schedules and synchs and you can even stream YouTube or movies. The organization in this fridge is AWESOME! A place for everything & tons of room! Bottom line, this fridge in fantastic and I’ve never been happier with an adult purchase!

Wow this is an amazing refrigerator. Honestly, when I purchased the refrigerator I had no idea what it could do. I purchased strictly because of the great price during the Memorial Day sale. Even after I learned some of the features I no interest in using them but boy was I wrong. From seeing temperatures, who's at the door to YouTube recipes this refrigerator is amazing,

This refrigerator has all the bells and whistles. From the door automatically opening just by swiping your hand in front of the sensor great for when you have your hands full all the way to the astonishing 29cu.ft. For maximum room for food capacity . Easily accommodates, a family of eight. We love the recipe app and the kids love the drawing and coloring apps .

It’s very spacious and the Family Hub acts like a big tablet, offering streaming apps. We can read the news or watch programs while in the kitchen. We use the calendar to see what’s in our schedule for the day, we set ours up to display a slide show of family and friends photo galleries, and we use the Bixby voice control, like Hey Bixbe, open the refrigerator door”. So cool. We frequently use the auto open door with a light touch, helpful when carrying items or for those with limited mobility. The water dispenser is a bit slow when filling a glass but the pitcher refill is great. No more buying so much water bottles. The smart feature does have a slight delay so keep that in mind. And if you have other smart appliances, the refrigerator smart home integration features sync with them- In our case even tell us the status of our bespoke washer and dryer cycles. You need to keep a glass cleaner handy as you’d need to clean the fingerprints off frequently. Overall, we love the unit, although it was expensive.
