Very good refrigerator my family loves it, we bought an oprn box and when delivered it didnt work, but my store helped me get it resolved and a new one was delivered

Love this fridge, has a lot of room and great features. Wife loves having the family calender displayed on the fridge. The water pitcher inside the door that auto refills is awesome. This fridge is huge and I had to remove the cabinet above the fridge and the base trim from the wall and this thing is as tight as it could possibly be. If you plan on purchasing measure your space because you will likely need to modify the space.

Love the storage and the big screen. The two size ice cube is convenient.

We absolutely love this fridge. The beverage center is what sold us. Love that the water pitcher refills and is always ready. We have our cooking app on it and can make recipes right from the fridge. The scrolling photos is awesome or the lit fireplace screensaver is priceless. You won’t regret buying this fridge.

Following the malfunction of the initial refrigerator, it was replaced without any complications. The second refrigerator is functioning optimally.

We just got our new Bespoke Ai fridge. We had our last Samsung family hub for 5 years and loved it.

I bought this refrigerator and i can say it is amazing, freezer storage space is awesome , i love the design with the four doors .i my kids and husband live the screen we able to save recipes on the scrren so its right at our fingertips.

After owning a prior Samsung French door refrigerator with the icemaker in the main refrigerator that froze food, it built up ice dams, and ultimately broke! I had some reservations about purchasing another Samsung refrigerator. While I do like the new refrigerator, the Bespoke model is very nice, their still is issues with the ice maker. The ice maker is very slow to produce ice, so be aware if you like to use a lot of ice. There doesn't seem to be a setting to speed up the ice maker. If Samsung has an answer to this issue, it would be great to know.

The monitor is a great addition to the kitchen. My only gripe with this fridge is that it doesn’t connect to my iPhone. I downloaded the smart things app and I cannot stream to the fridge

It is a very nice refrigerator very spacious. But…After 4 months of using this refrigerator the freezer stopped working while waiting for the parts to come in (2weeks) the refrigerator went out. It was a compressor it went through the mfg not best buy. So I am happy with the purchase and delivery. But Samsung needs to add more repair technicians if that is how they are running their business. I am still waiting on a small grocery reimbursement. When I go monthly, and just went the week before the damage and spent over 1200 dollars. But I am greatful for whatever.

Absolutely love this fridge, not only does it have the water pitcher feature, but it also serves as TV, electronic recipe, juke box, family calendar/organizer and numerous other visual delights. For the future Samsung needs to put the screens on both doors!

Awesome appliance.. looks great. Works with my other Samsung devices well, notifying me if the laundry or the dishes are done or the stove

I have not used this refrigerator yet. It seems to be a nice spacious refrigerator. I gave it a 4 star for that reason.
