The whole reason I made this purchase was to have wifi and AI included with a nice big touch screen, it's been a week now and I've exausted every wifi connection possibility. I spoke with both samsung several times and internet provider and both it seams are blaming each other, I even purchased wifi extenders and placed through out the house increasing the signal strength, and still the unit will not connect to wifi, I have a separate Hotspot for traveling I use for laptop, I did try connecting unit and it did connect briefly but unit cuts out all the time. Short of changing internet providers from Optimum to maybe verizon as a possible remedy I'm not sure what else to do aside from sending unit back to bestbuy for exchange.

I can ask her what’s in my fridge. I can play 8 Ball Pool while waiting for my ice to drop like diamonds from heaven. She doesn’t just hold my groceries… she judges my grocery choices with quiet dignity. She whispers, “Hey bro… maybe buy a vegetable?” She then pulls up a recipe for chicken and broccoli without me lifting a finger. The water pitcher? Oh, it fills itself. I put lemon in there and suddenly I’m drinking water like I’m in a spa in the Alps. The dual ice maker? It’s like having a tiny Arctic expedition team dedicated to only me. Nugget ice for chewing, cubes for chilling—pure luxury. And let’s talk about the Bixby voice assistant. I walk into the kitchen at 2 AM, whisper “Hi Bixby,” and she softly replies, “Good evening, King. Would you like to know the weather in Bali or start a cooking timer for your midnight pizza?” Do I need a fridge that can show me YouTube videos, control my lights, display my calendar, and let me leave doodles for my family? No. Do I want it? More than air itself. This isn’t just a fridge. It’s the crown jewel of human innovation, the Tesla of kitchens, the guardian of my snacks and my soul. If I could give it six stars, a Grammy, and a Nobel Peace Prize, I would. In conclusion: Buy this fridge. Name it. Love it. Respect it.

The Samsung Bespoke fridge is cool because you can change the way it looks — like picking different colors or finishes for the doors to match your kitchen. You can even add more sections later if you need more space. It has smart features too, so you can control the temperature or get alerts from your phone. One section can switch between fridge or freezer, depending on what you need. It also makes two kinds of ice, runs quietly, and uses less energy than my last. Basically, it’s a fancy fridge that looks good, does a lot, and can grow with you.

The water line to the top of the left door was leaking at the inline gasket and the screen went out after about a week, but it continued to keep everything cool and it was replaced after a week. The capacity and technical features are nice, although bixby is pretty lackluster for an AI model. Not a huge fan of the inner door storage, but the beverage station is AMAZING. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Definitely gets a lot of finger prints. Make sure to balance it with the provided plastic ramps so the automatic doors are able to open properly.

I think this is a cool fridge that's definitely taken the center of attention in my kitchen. I think that it does what it supposed to well enough but I think that the flex drawer should be able to be made into a freezer not just "soft freeze" which is 23 degrees. Additionaly the auto open feature randomly opens the fridge without anyone around it, lastly the flow/speed of the water dispenser is PAINFULLY slow I have no idea how there no complaints about this!! Lastly, I think they could make the fridge shelves a little longer so that they could reach the door storage, otherwise there's just unused/wasted space.

the refrigerator set up maximizes all space, has pitcher water as well as water dispenser, keeps track of all food in and out so you know when you need to hit the store without looking, two sizes of ice and can adjust rate if having people over to prevent running out of ice at parties, the sensor on fridge to auto open is very nice and will help the door last and comes with all of the state of the art tech so can leave notes, look up recipes, and much more that is above and beyond what I need and the price is great.

Beautiful, modern, sleek, keeps everything cold, and has some cool features. This is actually the second one I got, as an exchange, due to the first one not working properly. It was a big problem, but Best Buy made an exchange easily. The second one works great.

I found this refrigerator an amazing product and the best refrigerator currently available in the market. Its super advanced smart features makes it outstanding among the rest. Big touch screen of this refrigerator is one of the key highlights, AI vision camera, automatic door open features makes it really exceptional! It has in built water filter which dispenses cool and filtered water and auto refill of the water jar inside makes this feature really awesome! I would high recommend this refrigerator who wants to add smart home appliances in their home!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this refrigerator! When I started shopping for a new fridge, I really was not interested in one with ALL the bells & whistles….touch screen, AI, wi-fi, streaming, calendars, etc. BUT, I fell for this fridge…the beverage center is utilized by my family multiple times a day and the ice maker is fantastic & makes 2 types of ice to match everyone’s preferences. And, on to the TECH…Bixby is a cool voice activated feature, the morning weather & news updates are great to catch up while making my morning coffee, the calendar feature allows for everyone to keep up with schedules and synchs and you can even stream YouTube or movies. The organization in this fridge is AWESOME! A place for everything & tons of room! Bottom line, this fridge in fantastic and I’ve never been happier with an adult purchase!

Excellent product so far. We have had it for a week and it has top notch features and it’s so fun to use. Very spacious and the smart features really are a game changer.

So far it is really good. large with lots of room. still learning the touch screen. some things it does can be annoying. it makes a lot of noises and not sure yet how to turn them off. the top shelf of the freezer always opens when you open the freezer. most of our stuff is in the bottom so we have to close the top part first. not a big deal but I would rather the top shelf be closed.

It’s very spacious and the Family Hub acts like a big tablet, offering streaming apps. We can read the news or watch programs while in the kitchen. We use the calendar to see what’s in our schedule for the day, we set ours up to display a slide show of family and friends photo galleries, and we use the Bixby voice control, like Hey Bixbe, open the refrigerator door”. So cool. We frequently use the auto open door with a light touch, helpful when carrying items or for those with limited mobility. The water dispenser is a bit slow when filling a glass but the pitcher refill is great. No more buying so much water bottles. The smart feature does have a slight delay so keep that in mind. And if you have other smart appliances, the refrigerator smart home integration features sync with them- In our case even tell us the status of our bespoke washer and dryer cycles. You need to keep a glass cleaner handy as you’d need to clean the fingerprints off frequently. Overall, we love the unit, although it was expensive.

This refrigerator has all the bells and whistles. From the door automatically opening just by swiping your hand in front of the sensor great for when you have your hands full all the way to the astonishing 29cu.ft. For maximum room for food capacity . Easily accommodates, a family of eight. We love the recipe app and the kids love the drawing and coloring apps .

Wow this is an amazing refrigerator. Honestly, when I purchased the refrigerator I had no idea what it could do. I purchased strictly because of the great price during the Memorial Day sale. Even after I learned some of the features I no interest in using them but boy was I wrong. From seeing temperatures, who's at the door to YouTube recipes this refrigerator is amazing,

Very cool Fridge. Not sure about the automatic door opening. It opens, but then you have to close manually. The beverage center is great and we use it daily. I am a bit disappointed that the wifi capability only allows 2.4 ghz. The response time can be slow as well. Improvements from the last version, but it could be better. Also, the screen is big, but came with defective pixels. Still working on getting that remedied.
