The Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Flex Drawer and Auto Fill Water Pitcher, and I must say it has been a great addition to my kitchen. The refrigerator not only looks sleek and modern with its all stainless steel exterior, but it also offers a lot of practical features. One of the standout features of this refrigerator is the Flex Drawer. It provides additional storage space and can be customized to suit your needs. I found it particularly useful for storing drinks, snacks, or even extra condiments. The flexibility it offers in terms of organization is a definite plus. Another convenient feature is the auto-fill water pitcher. It eliminates the need to manually fill the water pitcher and ensures a constant supply of chilled, filtered water. The pitcher is easy to remove and refill, making it a breeze to maintain. It's a small but convenient feature that I've come to appreciate. In terms of storage capacity, this refrigerator does not disappoint. The interior is spacious and well-designed, allowing for efficient organization of food items. The shelves and compartments are adjustable, making it easy to accommodate large or oddly shaped items. I was pleasantly surprised by how much food I could fit into this refrigerator without it feeling cramped. However, I do have a couple of minor complaints. Firstly, the ice maker can be a bit noisy at times. While it's not a dealbreaker for me, it can be slightly annoying, especially in the evenings when the house is quiet. Secondly, the stainless steel exterior is prone to fingerprints and smudges. It requires frequent wiping to keep it looking pristine, which can be a bit tedious as with any stainless steel. I've had fride for almost 30 days. It's spacious, and very pretty. Be sure to turn your water all the way on to be sure ice is being made. Set the ice temperature to -4. I'm very happy with my selection. It's sleek and attractive.

Love the refrigerator, dislike the delivery 3rd party service. Read the reviews, watched all the YouTube videos and it’s exactly as expected. The ice is my favorite. The middle drawer is used the most. We had to remove a half shelf accommodate taller bottles, something I didn’t take into consideration switching from my whirlpool to this one. The shelves aren’t as flexible. Still, I have zero regrets. What’s not up to par. The 3rd party delivery. Refrigerator was delivered with 2 dents. Photos taken and noted. Due to the shortage in the market today I decided to accept as is due to location of debts. Then during installation they dented the front of it. We literally watched it happening in slow motion, even warning them as it was happening. Their response “I can’t see it”. Our old refrigerator was toast so we didn’t have a choice. We knew we could replace the panel, but that’s not the point. We took pics and decided to accept with a money off. Finally called Best Buy yesterday after not receiving a call. Delivery company stated the delivery was completed without damage. Refrigerator 5 star, Delivery 1 star. They showed up on time.

Exceeded expectations , plenty of space inside refrigerator and freezer. The pull out refrigerated drawer is something I never thought I needed but now I’m not sure I could live without one, canned drinks can stand up inside and bottled drinks can be stacked on top of each other while still leaving room to close the drawer. Two types of ice from the ice maker , and the built in water pitcher eliminates the constant dripping and staining we would experience in our old unit when the water and ice dispenser were located on the outside of the door. When you use the pitcher and put it back , it’s immediately refilled automatically. Best Buy delivery was really good too. 10/10 would recommend this family of refrigerators.

Love the refrigerator and its two kinds of ice! The water in the door is wonderful. I thought I’d miss the ice/water on the outside but I don’t! It was easy to set up on the app. As far as fingerprints- I took the advice in another review and got a microfiber towel. Takes care of fingerprints. I like that the doors open from the recess at the top or bottom. Delivery was fine and installation was good for the other two appliances we purchased. When it comes to the refrigerator, make sure you buy the suggested waterline and make sure your installers put in the line you bought. Inadvertently, the installers used the same line. Thankfully I caught them before they left and when asked told it was new. They must have looked around the truck and found the line I purchased because they came back with it. Unfortunately, the water main was not shut off before installing the line. Instead of turning the water off using the blue handle, a tool was used and you can see what happened. The installers were very apologetic. The water went everywhere before the main was shut off. After a trip to the local hardware store, they fixed what they broke. The delivery company was apologetic as well and is in the process of reimbursement for other damages. Just was an inconvenience and somewhat of a disappointment for such a large purchase. Just turn off the water main!

Would recommend this model to anyone in need of an upgrade. Was a bit worried going with the pitcher dispenser instead of the normal beverage center, but on top of saving a few hundred I think we like having just the pitcher more. The white tempered glass was also a clean look with our white shaker cabinets and love that it forces you not to put stuff on the fridge (can't use magnets) and keep the look clean. Lastly, the 3 vs 4 door option was something we debated. The 4 door was cheaper when we ordered but realized after that you're not really losing space vs the 3 and it's nice having smaller items in the drawer vs taking up space in the main compartment. Overall highly recommend (especially if it's on sale)!

What’s not to love? The auto fill pitcher, the multi-sized ice cubes, and the temp adjustable second drawer are fantastic. We really love the flat front with no handles as well. Sleek looking and easier to clean.

I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It has plenty of room for all of my wife’s purchases, her leftover food, and my yogurt. It’s more energy efficient than our last fridge, has more room, looks better, and has a more modern feel to it. This fridge will be with us until it starts to give up on life years from now, and I don’t think we could have picked a better one for the journey.

I love the 4th drawer and water pitcher but the left door swings close by it self and smashes you. I’m not sure if there’s anything they can do about it.

We love the look of the fridge in our kitchen. Our only 2 complaints are how the doors hinge out wider than the fridge. We wanted a built-in look and have a pantry cabinet on either side of the fridge. The way the doors open they hit the pulls on the pantries. The second complaint has to do with the auto fill water pitcher. It only fills when the doors are closed. If the pitcher is removed you cannot fill another container. I thought you would be able to. Had we known it only fills the pitcher we would have purchased the model with the beverage center.

This fridge is great, it holds so much and the smart features are great with kids!

This has to be the best refrigerator i have ever had in my life. It is a beautiful looking fridge and i can change the front panels to change its color,to cool. It has so much space and the center drawer is great. I love this refrigerator.

This refrigerator is absolutely amazing! It has an exuberant amount of room, it's sharp looking and the flex drawer is perfect for beverages or anything else.

Fridge is a little big but worth it for all the space you get. Not having handles on the front takes a bit to get used to but looks nice

Love the fridge the only flaw is you can not fit bottles of water on the shelves standing up other then that it is great also having two sized ice cube the kids love that
