I’ve only had it for about a week but so far it’s been great!

This new Samsung is, hands down, the best refrigerator we have ever owned. Our six-year-old LG, with its black stainless finish, gave out way too early, in my opinion (but so did the dishwasher and microwave twice; that is another story)—the defrost mechanism failed, taking the main circuit board with it. That's when we discovered that black stainless steel is no longer available. For someone with a bit of OCD, matching appliances matters, not just the look, but the thought of it not matching the brand, I know that's a me problem :) So this forced us into a significant change. Despite being loyal LG customers for all our previous appliances, we decided to take a leap and go with this Samsung model. And we're so glad we did! The sleek design fits our kitchen perfectly. Here's what truly converted us: Innovative Water System: We absolutely love the hidden water dispenser and the built-in, auto-refilling water pitcher, both concealed behind a discreet half-door. This gives the refrigerator a modern, sleek look. Easy to Clean: The glass front makes keeping the exterior spotless remarkably easy. Space and Versatility: The internal space is fantastic, and the middle drawer is amazing. Its temperature is fully adjustable, allowing us to customize storage for whatever we need—drinks, meat, or produce. We are officially converting! While time will tell if it holds up better than our previous LG purchases, for now, we couldn't be happier with our decision.

When I received Refrigerator and it came out the box, it had dents in the refrigerator still waiting for someone to call me back regarding this problem

Refrigerator did not work properly after installation - appears to keep defaulting to sabbath mode despite repeated attempts to take out if mode and even power cycling several times for even a day. Also will not connect to SmartThings - gets stuck in AP mode. Possible control board failure. Freezer works. Operating instructions and chat service support very poor

Doors are uneven. This is with the spacer installed.

I’ve been using this refrigerator for a few months, and I’m honestly very impressed. The cooling performance is excellent — it keeps everything fresh and consistent, even during hot days. The freezer section is spacious and freezes fast, and the temperature control is easy to adjust. The interior lighting is bright, the shelves are sturdy, and the design looks modern and clean. It’s also surprisingly quiet — you barely notice when it’s running. If you’re looking for a reliable and energy-efficient refrigerator that combines great looks with solid performance, this one is a fantastic choice. Definitely worth the price.

I buy this product for Best Buy for my new home and they send me the damage piece refrigerator leak water inside the refrigerator after i call them and they replace another refrigerator but first refrigerator make in my house property damage I claim my property damage but nobody answer from Best Buy they don’t care about the customer value and I am plus membership for Best Buy I hope they review my comment and share pictures

I recently purchased the Samsung BESPOKE 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with Beverage Center in White Glass, and it's easily one of the best home upgrades I’ve made. One month ice maker isn't making ice. Thats one reason we replaced our last refrigerator no ice.

The product and store in bough from we’re great but when I purchased this fridge it was supposed to come with a $300 girt card. I have not received it. I find it very misleading.

I love the fact that there are no handles! I only wish that that more of the shelves cold be moved for taller objects

Love this fridge. Its spacious, and the 2 ice sizes is great. Love the fact that we can get to the water hub with the pitcher that can infuse with fruits etc is great. Also the spigot for water is nice too. It doesnt take up room from the fridge. I would highly recommend this item. We are very very happy with our choice. The drawers are spacious a hold alot of product. It runs very quiet. Best fridge I have ever owned. The delivery team was great, on time and very professional. Thank you to all.

We had high end (and 20 year old) Jenn Air appliances and the fridge was the first to go. After looking at many different options, the Samsung was our favorite due to having zero branding or handles to conflict with the rest of the kitchen. When I saw the customizable 3rd compartment and the secret beverage center I was absolutely sold. Now having lived with the fridge for 4 months I needed to leave a review. First, it is absolutely the most spacious counter depth refrigerator I've ever owned. The fingerprint proof stainless is amazing and doesn't have that "fake sticker" look some brands have. It looks like stainless and feels like stainless but doesn't track finger prints. Ps we have kids. The dual ice maker is awesome. The beverage center is my favorite thing on the world and I show it off to people who visit our home. I never liked external water on a fridge and this takes care of that problem while making it even more convenient to access. We take the auto-fill pitcher to the dinner table nightly and it's so convenient. Having the ability to switch the temperature on the center drawer is going to come in handy but for now it's kept at fridge temperature. Even the freezer is somehow spacious despite all these features. Best 0f all this thing is absolutely silent. I've never heard it make any noise at all. It's really the perfect fridge for us and we love it and can't recommend it enough.
