This roomy 29 Cu. fridge has so many wonderful features. The Flex drawer is great. We use it as a beverage drawer and has an option for four temperature settings you can adjust thru a Samsung app on your phone. The filter is arm height not on the floor like our previous fridge. The ice maker makes two sizes of ice, regular and ice bites. no loud grinding for crushed ice like our previous fridge. A hidden door within a door houses the beverage center with water dispenser. It does have a drawer for frozen foods. You have to play a little freezer Jenga to locate stacked items. But it's a small price to pay for all the other great features. Sleek outer profile. No drips or water stains.

The delivery for this product was deplorable. The doors were not removed and the unit was damaged on the way in. When I refused the unit I was punished with damages to my marble floor, walls, and door

I've had horrible luck with Samsungs fridges in the past but i had very few choices for a frdge that large. I love the changable glass front and the 2 sizes of ice NOT in the door. I also love the pitcher in the door because i can fill my water bottle really fast. They finally got it right. LOVE THIS FRIDGE.

So far, so perfect! We had some very specific requirements for a new fridge and this one met most and more. We are a family of four and avid bakers and cooks so we tend to have a lot of food on hand and this has a glorious amount of space. First, it is oh so quiet! All of it. The drawers are on actual wheels not just plastic on plastic so there's no shimmying them in and out. My biggest peeve with other designs is when the shelves don't go all the way back. You can't have a 2" gap in the back of the shelves without stuff falling back there! No gaps here! Lighting? Plenty of it, but not like the sun. Ice? 2 lovely little kinds. The self-filling pitcher? GLORIOUS. The flex drawer is perfect and we use it strictly for snacks and drinks so the kids don't get their grimy little hands all over the rest of the fridge. Another pet peeve about other designs were the freezer wire baskets. We didn't want any of that. (You lose all of your icy pops in there!) These are nice and open, easy to see everything and move things around. Also! There is a great flat and wide space that runs along the front of the top drawers and it is unbelievably helpful! I can set my glass there while I pour some o.j. or whatever. It's a nice additional feature I wouldn't have thought of. Fingers crossed it lasts as long as it should.

This is a beautiful addition to our kitchen! The shelves configurations are easy to change, as are the temperature controls. The amount of cold water available from the in-door tap is always limited on any model, due to the size of the internal reservoir, and the auto-refillable water pitcher is a great solution to that challenge. When I first saw the dual ice maker with the built-in scoop, I questioned how much I'd use it - it has quickly become one of our favorite features. Best Buy installation was fast and friendly. We're very happy with this purchase!

This is a great frig I like everything about it! It is spacious, the center drawer is a bonus, makes two ice options, has clean lines, the water option is inside, and the delivery people were so kind and helpful. From the sale to the delivery to use are all five star!

Very solid purchase! My wife wanted a new fridge and I found the 4-piece bundle offered by Samsung. So far, she is very satisfied with our new kitchen. The fridge is uber spacious and organizable. The best feature is the beverage center. We buy bottled water for drinking, but we use the automatic refill pitcher when we cook and for our dog's water bowl. Much more convenient than the tap. The flex zone is perfect for deli meats and thawing out steaks/meats for the grill. We have a section for deli, a section for Hello Fresh ingredients, and another section for our dog's home-cooked protiens. The freezer is awesome and spacious. My wife is a huge fan of the two types of ice. It looks great in our kitchen...clean and modern looking. Could've gone with other brands/models, but happy we made this purchase. Our kitchen is exciting again!

So many positives to this Fridge. Delivery went and on time. Way more space than we know what to do with. The water picture is a cool feature for fast full-ups. Two sets of ice is nice. I’m surprised at how much space is in the freezer. Overall we love it!

I'll admit, I was very hesitant to buy this refrigerator because of the mixed reviews online. Some users complained about cooling issues and leaking. But we took the risk because the fridge is so sleek and modern, And after two years, I happy to say the fridge works great. I keep the cooling temps above minimum and it maintains the temps in both the fridge and freezer. Another plus is the water dispenser aka Beverage Center. Since the dispenser is inside the fridge, you do not have the issue of mold. And it includes a built-in pitcher that automatically refills. And of course, the ice. Plenty of ice that it makes. And lastly, this fridge looks gorgeous in my white modern kitchen. My guests are always complaining on how beautiful it looks and they love the beverage center.

This would be the 2nd refrigerator we have bought in our life time. 1st one lasted us over a decade and I'm hoping this one does the same. Let me tell you, if you have a water dispenser - you won't need one anymore with the water pitcher and dispenser it has. It automatically refills and make lots of ice, you'll never run out. It cools and freezes extremely well and you can change the temps from your phone, which also reminds you to change the water filter and notifies you when the door has been left open. Awesome refrigerator all the way around.

I love my refrigerator! It's sleek, spacious, and well designed. There is so much space in the refrigerator. The ice is in the freezer where it belongs. The freezer could maybe use more space. I love the cheese drawer and how it's organized. It could use more space in the vegetable crisper drawers though. The shelves are easy to adjust and remove for cleaning. I love the water dispenser and pitcher inside the little door. It keeps the outside looking clean. It doesn't drip. I love my pitcher and use it to fill pots. No waiting to fill anything, just pour. The shelving in the doors is spacious. The ice maker may seem slow at first, but once it fills up, I notice that it holds a lot of ice.

I’ve been using the Samsung BESPOKE 29 Smart Refrigerator with Beverage Center for a while now, and it’s been an excellent addition to my kitchen. The Beverage Center is a nice touch, offering easy access to chilled water and drinks without opening the main doors. If there’s one area for improvement, I’d suggest a more efficient, longer-lasting water filter. It does its job, but enhanced durability or longer filter life would make maintenance even easier. Other than that, the refrigerator has been very convenient, quiet, and reliable. The smart features work smoothly, and I haven’t encountered any issues. Overall, it’s a stylish and functional appliance that delivers exactly what you’d expect from Samsung’s BESPOKE line.

We've had this refrigerator just over a month at this point and we're loving it. The beverage center is definitely our favorite part--my husband says it's like a speakeasy that only we know about! I wasn't sure if it would just feel gimmicky, but it's nice being able to use the pitcher to fill the dogs' water bowls, our water bottles and coffee pot, and even cook with the filtered water without having to stand at the fridge filling those things. Beyond that, we've found there's ample room for everything, and by having the different sections, we're not having to stand with the door open looking for whatever we need letting the cold out--we keep snacks in the middle drawer, so the kids automatically go there when they want something small and don't have as much to root through. I still need to learn how to organize the freezer section. For now it feels like we just dumped everything in, and it's kind of impossible to see what's even in there, but I think after an adjustment period we'll figure it out.

We like the design and ample storage space of this freezer. The appliance auto adjust itself for optimal performance and energy savings. The beverage station is very handy with the options of a water dispenser or a infused water pitcher. A great addition to any modern or classic kitchen

This refrigerator took some getting used to, but it’s working fine. Our previous refrigerator was an LG. I like the clean look with no handles and no water/ice on the door, and I do like the two types of ice. But I miss my crushed iced! The shelves don’t move to endless arrangements (only 2 options for either the top or lower shelves), and we seem to forget about the middle flex-drawer since it has its own opening rather than it being integrated in the top part of the refrigerator as it was on our old unit. We added some additional drawers and bins to help with the lack of interior shelves. The drawers that are included are a good size, though. It holds temp fine and keeps up with the ice production.

It’s only been about a month, but so far this fridge has been perfect. Install was a breeze, the BB install team was great. Installing all the shelves and stuff is very easy. The fridge looks great and everything works. The dual ice maker is very cool. FYI it takes a few days for the ice maker to fill the ice trays. This is because it only makes one type of ice at a time and alternates between the two types of ice. To speed up the ice making process, use the scoop to pull the ice forward from the back of the tray a couple of times each day, for the first couple of days. Like all ice makers, if it detects a lot of ice, it will stop making ice. So pulling the ice fwd in those first few days will have the tray filled in no time.

I was hesitant on this refrigerator because this brand has a not so good reputation in the appliance industry. However, we’ve had this a little over a month and so far so good! I enjoy the space it provides. The sleekness of the doors and my favorite part, a hidden water and ice dispenser. I love that the water dispenser has a pitcher for infusing water and the two size options for the ice is great! It did however take at least 3 weeks for the water to filter clear and taste clean. Overall I am happy with my purchase and hope that it still works just as good for a long long time.

We've had the new fridge for about a month now. Had a few doubts at first cause the first fridge delivered to us was discovered to have faulty door seals by the delivery men. I'm glad they tested this before trying to move it into the house. I was surprised they didn't discover this before putting it on the truck even but i guess it was still in the shipping box when it got here. The 2nd fridge took about another week to get here but has worked great since install. My wife wasn't to sure about the no handle door look but getting use to it. Love the bite sized ice and the beverage station in the door. Another not to sure of point to make was the ice maker being in the lower freezer portion but so far hasn't been an issue. And we here having the ice maker in the freezer portion makes them more reliable than if the ice maker is in the regular refridgerator portion such as in the door ice maker. everythings been great so far

This Samsung fridge has a Clean, crisp image. Sleek design that looks great I’m my kitchen. Love the self filling water jug, Tons of space in the fridge, great deli drawer. Ice drawer is amazing. Freezer drawer space is a bit smaller than what I’m used to. Overall really loving this fridge. Love that the fridge door faces are changeable to suit cabinet colors & wall colors.
