Ever since I sold my old house with my fridge, I've been sad that the showcase fridge went with it, and Samsung has seemed to given up on the idea of side by sides and showcases... Then came this fridge - no ridiculous tablet hanging off it, or some gimmick that won't be used, but a "beverage center" that has a refilling pitcher of water, and access to my sodas. It's not a side by side, so this showcase area isn't big enough to have sodas for the whole family, but for me, it's great - and the kids put their sodas in the center drawer. As for the pitcher, I use it CONSTANTLY. As an avid coffee drinker, who also has an external ice maker, I use it several times throughout the day - and the kids use it to pour glasses of water quickly. Gone are the days of door water and ice, because the french style is all the rage, and you can't put a freezer inside of a fridge (trust me: the one I replaced had that, and it was the worst idea EVER - constantly freezing up to the point where I broke it, let it freeze shut, and never used it again). This design is the next best thing, with the two types of ice in the freezer, and the water in the fridge. Now on to the negative, because nothing is perfect: 1. Smudges appear relatively easy - and while they're hidden when you look directly at the fridge, you will see them when you get at an angle in the right light. Easy enough to clean, though - just a microfiber, and if the kids have goober fingers, a damp paper towel first. 2. It will scratch really easy. I have noticed some faint scratching, and I have NO IDEA where it's coming from. I think if you breath on this wrong, it scratches. Other than that, everyone thinks it looks cool, and is a great fridge. ***The installers left something to be desired, without leveling front to back, not knowing what they were doing, and relying mostly on me to do their job - all the while being unpleasant - whatever. I guess cheap labor will be cheap labor.

L9ve this Refrigerator!! The color ia beautiful and lots of space for storage. Icemaker, water drink. Highly recommended it!! But It's very wide and heavy. Make sure to measure your entrances, especially lots if rooo. in the kitchen.

This is a very nice unit. The middle drawer makes all the difference. The front of left upper door has water pitcher that will auto fill. The two types of ice is great for a small glass. The unit is so quiet you don't even know its on. The unit connects to the app on my phone so I get alerts for a host of reasons. We really like this unit. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a large refrigerator. Another nice feature is you can change the panels.

I bought this fridge in 2024. Overall, I’m pleased with its functionality. I love the beverage center, the ice trays and the overall storage. The only reason this Review gets four stars is it is a nightmare to replace the water filter. Replacing the water filter is accompanied by heavy leakage into the middle drawer of the fridge, which ultimately spills out to my wooden floor. This is a known problem. I wish Samsung would make it more simpler to install the water filter. You also have to fight against the water pressure in order to install the filter. Bad user experience.

I love this fridge. It's very big and spacious. I have heard of issues with the ice maker on other Samsung fridges which is why I was on the fence when purchasing,but I think Samsung has fixed this issue because I haven't had a problem with mine. I've had it for a year and it's still very beautiful. There are no scratches on the glass.

It is a beautiful refrigerator from inside to outside. It has an elegant look and highlight my kitchen perfectly. I enjoyed the frig arrangement. The beverage center has plenty of room not only for my beverage but also for my fresh fruits. I also love the water filter and autofill water pitcher. The only thing bothered me at first is the freezer is small. It took time to arrange my frozen food, however, I can turn off one dual ice maker to make more room for the frozen food. Overall, I think I made an excellent choice, hope it will last for years.

I'm only a few weeks in on owning the Bespoke refrigerator, but am loving it. It has ample room in the upper portion. We are utilizing the middle drawer for bottled drinks so far, but love the idea of being able to change the temperature in case we decide on another use. Two types of ice and plenty of room in the freezer section. I didn't know when I made the purchase, but Samsung is offering a free set of panels with proof of purchase. I selected another set of stainless steel panels and like the idea of customization, or being able to swap an exterior panel if the kids ruin one.

Unit is awesome on most respects. Samsung needs to have more adjustment on shelves. The configurable full width drawer is a nice touch. Water dipenser in door is great. Makes lots of ice too. We'll see how it holds up, but I love it!

This refrigerator is great! It is huge so can hold a ton is groceries, beverages, etc. I like the sleekness of it, and the fact that the beverage center is hidden is a huge bonus. The pitcher allows for you to cut up fruits, veggies, etc. for constant on-hand infused water. I would give this fridge a perfect 5 stars but cannot because the ice trays (two different sizes, which is awesome) never get more than 1/4 filled. This could be due to user error, but everything else is 5 out of 5 quality!

We are really enjoying the extra room that this fridge provides. The through the door water has become a major favorite in our house. The blue grass front is a major aesthetic upgrade to the old generic stainless steel.

This fridge is simply awesome! We love it, the beverage center makes it so easy to get our favorite can drink or just a glass of water from the pitcher or the dispenser. Plus the fridge is huge, more room than we needed but it so works. Don’t even get me started on the ice it makes, love it.

This fridge is great. The only issue that has happened on a repeated occasion is the water pitcher not refilling. It’s weird, the pitch fills fine and then out of the blue it stops refilling and then it magically fixes itself and works again. Overall the size and the middle draw is great. The 2 types of ice are perfect and the interior shelves are all great. Bought it with the stainless steel doors and then ordered the glass doors. The glass door are so much better with hiding finger prints. Over I would highly recommend.

Beautiful design, and we love the beverage center! Very quite operation, with a lot of storage space. I highly recommend this refridgerator!

This is an amazing fridge for a great cost - this was purchased to replace our office fridge and we have so much more space - two kinds of ice and you can have the internal pitcher auto fill...game changer!

This is a great refrigerator. It has plenty of space and the additional drawer helps segregate items. I especially like the access to the drink trays and the coldcwater pitcher. My chidren love the two different sizes of ice.

I love our new Samsung refrigerator. It’s very spacious inside and has a drawer that can be used as part of the fridge or it can freeze. The fridge has a great two size ice tray and an in-door water dispenser and water jug that refills itself. There’s an adjustable shelf inside which is useful. I like the flat, sleek look of it and the fact you can buy glass panels to change up the look if required.

Love my new refrigerator! Has ALOT of storage for what i need! Especially my beverages; freezer is also good size with its own ICE section. Cant complain i love it.

Love my refrigerator. It has lots of storage space. Really like having the flex door. The kids really like the ice cubes. For us it’s a lot quieter than the one we had before.
