I love it. Not only does it work (which my old one wasn’t doing so well at). But I love the design and the fact that the middle drawer can be set at any temp! Makes a great wine cooler! Tho mostly I am using it for fruit which is sought far more frequently than anything else in the fridge. Must be more efficient

Love the fridge look & beverage center. We got all stainless steel for color. It dents super easy, the smallest hit will dent it. For example, an “empty” plastic Gatorade bottle got lightly kicked into the fridge and the lid dented the stainless steel. I couldn’t believe that caused a dent. It’s so thin and these panels are not replaceable when stainless steel. They needed to use a thicker grade of stainless, and I don’t have little kids at home & it’s still a problem. Otherwise we love it.

I love my fridge plenty of space. The middle we use for our drinks and they are kept perfectly cold. Love the option of what ice we want.

This refrigerator is very spacious inside. I had the Family hub Samsung model and hardly ever used the Family hub. It stopped working. I only had my Family hub model for 2 years. The new ones hopefully have improved. However, I won't buy one again. Thankfully I had my GeekSquad 5 year warranty and they gave me an instore credit as they display on my family hub wasn't order-able. So I took my in store credit and purchased this refrigerator. I love the beverage center on the inside of the door. Less spilling on my floor that I had from my old Samsung refrigerator. I recommend this product to anyone who wants a solid refrigerator.

The fridge is huge. I can fit everything in it. The split door feature that lets you get access to the water and i am able to infuse fruit in the water pitcher is a great option. The middle door holds all the pop is easy access. Overall very satisfied.

Love my new refrigerator! I really enjoy the beverage center, I like the fact that the water dispenser is inside the door and the pitcher is super convenient when filling up water bottles, coffee maker, etc! My previous refrigerator had handles and they constantly will get lose and would come off. I like the sleek look in my kitchen. It is spacious and classy!!!

Coming up on a year of having this fridge and I have absolutely no complaints! We love it and love how easy it is for organization. I was worried about the ice maker giving out from Previous reviews, but it’s been great!

Just purchased this refrigerator to replace a side-by-side Whirlpool Gold model. This is my first French Door style and I am very pleased. However, there are some specific things about this fridge that make it a hit for me. Front Face: This fridge has no visible door handles. This is a cleaner look and I don't have to worry about handles not matching my other appliances. I have a KitchenAid dishwasher with round handles that would not have matched other Samsung handles. Space: This fridge has lots of space with regards to the refrigerator. The freezer section space is less than on my old side-by-side, but this is mainly due to the French door style. The ice maker is also in the freezer which reduces this space even more. I wanted to give a deduction for this, but Samsung certainly makes up for it by providing two types of ice. You just have to be sure to use the scoop to slide the newly made ice forward so that the ice maker will continue filling the buckets. Some fridges have the ice maker in the door and there is a huge bulge in the door that takes away shelf space. I avoided these fridges and this fridge certainly resolves the issue by having the ice maker in the freezer section. I've also been told that having the ice maker in the freezer sections significantly reduces the issues they've had with ice makers. Beverage Center: My wife LOVES the beverage center. The pitcher automatically refills very quickly. You have the option of getting water from the pitcher or just using the water dispenser. The door-in-door makes this convenient and you can still access the door shelves when the small inner door is opened. This is a great design and it has been great. Downside: The only downside I see to this fridge is that it is BIG. It sits out a couple more inches than other fridges because of the thick doors. make sure you measure your space to ensure it won't stick out too much. I thought it would stick out too much in our kitchen, but it didn't. I'm very happy with this purchase and would certainly buy this one again. I highly recommend it.

My family loves the beverage center. There is plenty of space in the fridge and the freezer. The ice maker takes a long time to make ice, but when the ice bins are full, there is plenty of ice. A little ring popped off one of my doors, so now my doors aren't lined up and scratch my snack drawer. Besides that, we love the fridge.

I just bought this refrigerator giving Samsung another chance after my last one turned out bad. This is one is very modern, I like that you can change the panel colors (extra cost but available) and I like that the beverage center is inside the door panel so it doesn't drip all over the front. It has a auto fill for water pitcher and 2 sizes of icecubes. So far so good, but we will see with time as this is a new product and Samsung makes great looking appliances but then they fail as warranty wears out. This one come with 2 years and 5 years on compressor. I'll be back to review after the 5 years. It does look beautiful in my kitchen and doesnt show dirty prints like Stainless steel. Mine is white

Product was Delivered on 11 Jan once all the custom panels were received and we have not been disappointed at all. The Beverage Center is amazing and having the diffuser in the pitcher is a fun option to add some flavor to the water. Very quiet and both Freezer and Fridge temps hold steady. This is our second Samsung and the first had the ice maker issues when it was in the Fridge and this layout works so much better. The one draw back is the shelving adjustments for height are not as great as earlier models so as a family we are readjusting where we keep things while still keeping kid foods reachable for the kids.

I have enjoyed this refrigerator for a little over a month and feel like it was a great purchase. I am disappointed that I was told it was smudge proof when it’s not, more like smudge resistant sort of. The one thing that didn’t impress me initially was the self filling filtered water pitcher but I’ve changed my mind on that. We use this feature everyday, filling coffee maker and water bottles. We haven’t bought bottled water since we bought the frig. Another feature we haven’t been disappointed in is the two different size ice makers and let’s not forget the beverage chill drawer, does a super job. Looking forward to many years of service.

best designed refrigerator i have ever seen! ice in the bottom but still water on door behind a door! easy to clean, so much space, just love it!

Looks good, works as it should, I like it. Fridge came with a bent left side leg so it tips to the left, Called Best Buy support and there is a new fridge coming on 1/17 to replace the damaged one. Thank you Best Buy for the great customer service.

There is so much I Love about this refrigerator. There is so much room for everything. Love how the doors on the button have automatic close. Love the flex draw, the beverage center, the two different sizes of ice cubes and it's absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!

I wasn't sure I was going to like this refrigerator since I have always had a side by side, but my husband really wanted the french door style refrigerator. When I saw this one with the beverage center and the middle drawer that opens without having to open up the French Doors I was ready to compromise with my husband. I am so HAPPY that I did, I love how the things he likes to get at for breakfast and lunch and handy in the drawer, and my protein drinks fit nicely in the beverage center door. The Freezer is way bigger than I had expected--more room than my old side by side. I also really love having two different kinds of ice. My husband keeps saying, "I really love this refrigerator".

We are in love with this refrigerator it has everything i wanted and more. We got this because of the drink center I keep my protein drinks in the door and drawer i drink about 3 pitchers of water eveey day so cold filtered water is so so good. This item is awesome.

Great fridge. I particularly love the automatic fill water carafe. It’s quicker and colder than the on demand water. Our carafe stopped filling and would work intermittently. We contacted Samsung and they sent a repairman out to replace the water unit because it has a leak prevention setup. On the bottom of the left refrigerator door there’s a rubber plug that you open to drain the water so the carafe will refill. In our situation the sensor was over active and was shutting it off for humidity rather than water accumulation.
