My two favorite features are the flex zone and beverage center in the door. The freezer space is more limited because of the flex zone.

It has plenty of space and looks great. I'd say the only slight issue is that it makes ice pretty slowly and the stainless steel isn't very fingerprint resistant at all.

Unlike the ice dispenser from coming out the door, this stays deep within the freezer below and dispenses into a bin. Less chance for water condensing when opening the bin and damaging the ice unit. The middle drawer is great for easy access to cold cuts, cheese, canned drinks or whatever you want to keep cool.

I contacted Bestbuy and they sent installers back to the house and diagnosed the defect. They scheduled a date for replacement with brand new one and we have zero issues

The installation was professionally carried out by the Bestbuy installation team. The product has been functioning very well without any issues since purchased. I will definitely recommend buying electronics from Best Buy for peace of mind
