I bought this item on January 16,2023, and have been trying to get the left door repaired. Everytime I have an appointment it gets canceled. I have black and blues on my back were the door keeps hitting me, because it will not stay open. They told me some one will call be back, well so far no one has called!

I had to turn my bottom toward it and lean back with my arms and then when my husband with a walker fell into the refrigerator three times. I decided it was time to get one with the freezer on the bottom and this is been a godsend. Thank you Samsung.
