I like everything about this refrigerator except the pitcher and the bottom freezer. The pitcher is nice to have and I like how it refills itself but the lid slides off while pouring so I have to hold it. A new one would cost $206. Not willing to pay that much for a pitcher. The problem is the freezer. I called for service and had the rollers replaced 2 times already and still having problems opening and closing the bottom freezer door. I should not have to pull and push so hard to open and close. I cannot upload a video! Also, the freezer gets really frosty and the ice cubes are not as nice as the photos shown.
