Best Buy was on top of it and ordered a replacement, however shipping would be another one to two months. Contacted Samsung and they sent a tech out the next day and it was up in running as soon as it was diagnosed and parts were in.

Only downside is before buying make sure to measure your house entrance door width it will not go in with all doors.
