Convenient, spacious, luxurious overall beautiful fridge. I was a bit nervous about the ice accessibility due to younger children but it works out perfect. Easy to maintain Clean&streak free.

I got my new Samsung Bespoke a week ago and I have been monitoring the temperatures. Top is set at 34 yet it has been fluctuating from 36-41 degrees for no reason. Even after being closed for 15-18hrs I opened the fridge and it was at 42 degrees. The freezer is set at 0 and it was at -8 degrees. The middle drawer was the only part that actually stayed consistent at 36 degrees. I’m a total tech member & called in the issue, they are sending me a replacement. In the meantime I did some research on this issue and apparently this could be n across the board issue with this particular fridge which is disappointing because I’m obsessed with the over look and esthetics of it. I’m hoping for the best with the replacement but if it shows me the same problem I will regrettably have to return & find another brand :( This fridge would be a 5 star & highly recommended if not for the cooling system being so off.

Perfect refrigerator with plently of space. I love the drawer about the freezer. The only thing i dislike is the ice drawer it takes long to refill but otherwise that is the only issue.

This whole process has been a nightmare, i bought this refrigerator the first week of July took them about 2 weeks to bring it to me, they sent the wrong size panels and bestbuy called me saying they would help fix the issue just to find out after being on the phone for 30 minutes that i needed to go into the store to have them fix the issues there and once I went into the store they tell me i had to call customer service and have them do it. It was a mess ! and they still sent the wrong panels 3 different times so they finally sent the right ones today August 12th and now I can tell my refrigerator panels are off by an inch on top and it's obvious. Im not much of a complainer but I'm paying way too much for this refrigerator for it to not be perfect as what it should be. Another thing I asked the installers to make sure the water that should be coming out from the refrigerator is working right and he told to just look it up on YouTube and I can figure it out myself. I wish this whole thing was a joke but this was my experience.

Great refrigerator so far make sure to check it fully when received we found a crack Samsung at 1st told us that cosmetic damage not covered Best Buy wanted us to pay for them to look at it after emailing the ceo office at Samsung they refunded the purchase price
