Haven't even reached 2 years and both the freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling. 2.5 weeks later a Samsung tech from Cone Appliance comes out and "fixes" it. Refrigerator works for a couple of weeks, freezer never fully freezes and now both have stopped cooling altogether again. Within a month I have had to throw out hundreds of dollars of food twice. Will never buy a Samsung refrigerator again.

I've had it for 1 year now, however, the center drawer literally cracked on one side of the drop-in container, and a few days ago the other side cracked. It's still under warranty, however, it's the same types of problems Samsung has had for about the last 10 years. While their designs and features have improved, the quality, eh, not so much. My previous Samsung was crap and while I swore off the manufacturer for appliances, we really like the Bespoke price and functionality.
